-- WARNING TO ALL YOU NEWBIES --
Some time ago Bitmarkert locked all its members out from their online wallet. They claim that they've been hacked, but they show no prove for this claim. On the contrary there's more and more proof that they simply stole their memebers their bitcoins (more will follow - cannot reveal all info for strategical reasons at this stage).
Anyway, below the email conversation with Bitalo earlier today. Jugde for yourself and DON'T trust Bitalo.
------ email to Marciej Trebarc yesterday evening (lead developer at Bitalo ----
Dear Sir,
I'm am the owner of the nobodysomewhere account on your BTC exchange Bitmarket.eu.
I would like to ask you to pay me my 10 btc (and NOT just 100 euro) to my wallet: 1KiTmEobJhRtarxaSxgsLeqPEg45nAe8Pu
I do not want to go to court, but $10000 is worth the effort wouldn't you agree? It is obvious that you've been gambling with other people's money, most people might but I don't dig this. If you offer to store other people's money, you also are responsible for their funds.
You've neglected to warn people, people who trusted you, that leaving their funds online on your exchange could result in the current situation. There's no court in the whole world that wouldn't agree.
If you do not comply within a reasonable amount of time, let's say 14 days, I will persue all legal means at my disposal.
Best regards,

Just tell your lead developer that i'm coming to get my money through all legal means possible. Bs emails like this won't work. Btw, what would the media think? Wouldn't be good advertising for bitalo if the world knows that the bitmarket scammer is the lead developer.
------ reply Martin Albert 8:06 AM 12/3/2013 ----
we believe there are no legal means to get any money back, as the admin does not own any assets.
the past experience showed how much a project like bitalo is needed where losing of funds is not possible
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EcYHOZeb6LA&feature=c4-feed-uexchanges lose funds all the time and or get hacked. Bitalo uses multi signature wallets where your private key is not known to anybody except you.
we wiuld be glad if you give our service a chance

If I don't get my btc's any time soon, we'll find out about those legal means.
Pay them to 1KiTmEobJhRtarxaSxgsLeqPEg45nAe8Pu
And I think you have much more to loose then 'just' 10 btc.
------ reply Martin Albert 11:20 AM 12/3/2013 ----
good luck
------ reply Marciej Trebarc 14:07 PM 12/3/2013 ---- (the guys who's email address no longer exists???)
Hello,
To receive payouts, please fill in your Bitcoin address after logging in to Bitmarket.eu website. Then you will receive your refund, the same way as everyone else does.
------ my reply to Martin Albert and Marciej Trebarc 15:37 AM 12/3/2013 ----
Well, I thought your email address didn't exist.
I want my 10 btc, nothing more nothing less. The whole communication with Michael clearly shows that the whole houbabelouba is a scam.
CU all in court soon.
------ END OF CHAIN ------
So, these replies from the Bitalo scammers have the word 'guilty' written all over them. Otherwise they would not act and reply this way. I've contacted my laywer and we're planning our next more. Anybody who encounterd the same scam, or knows somebody who has, please contact me so that we can build a front together against these thieves. Besides the fact that I want my btc ($10000 is a lot of money) I'm a strong believer in the future of bitcoin. I therefore believe it is my duty to warn you all. Don't trust these guys. They pulled already onces a prank, there's no reason why they're not going to pull the same prank with their new exchange Bitalo.
