The market seems to be going a little down atm. What do you guys think?
All alts suffer when BTC is taking a hit. MEDICCOIN is just like other alts though, when BTC recovers so does MEDIC price. Buy now before all the cheap MEDIC is gone.
To support this project that can bring benefits to the present society, we hope that the project will have faster and better development and help more people faster
Agreed there are not many crypto that will actually benefit people / society in the real world. TBH though on the development speed they do an amazing job they have exceeded all previous roadmaps and always working on new applications and ways that MEDIC can be incorporated in the real world.
Please vote for MedicCoin(MEDIC) to be on the Midas masternode platform https://discord.gg/8na7jAt Thank you! Vote for # 1
we won the voting strong community
We won the vote but unfortunately the results were rigged by the person who own that Discord and they declared other coin a winner. SO that's unfortunate but yes it shows the strength of our community! Good job to all who voted.
Is the app available now for android, that rewards users for walking?
I have downloaded the app from the play store but it only seems to be a wallet? Will there be an update to this app or do I need to download a new app altogether?
That is just the MEDICcoin android wallet which was released some time ago. The new MEDIC walking app will be a completely different app.

I don't know why it would be restricted. From everything else we have seen of MedicCoin developers they try to include everyone and all countries. They will need to confirm here in thread, but I don't think there is restriction on country.
Wait so all masternodes are not treated equally? So the first masternodes gets more then the next and so on?
Incorrect. Masternode payments are not all the same frequency and can be variable. The network determines how often master nodes get transactions to process (and thus get a payout). As with any masternode, it tries to distribute them evenly but it's not always perfect and some times some masternodes at random will get more payouts then others.
It's how ALL masternodes are and not exclusive to MEDIC.
I believe what someone was suggesting above is modifying the programming to make sure all masternodes get the exact daily amount. But IMO that is completely re-programming the masternode payouts completely and I'm sure that there is a lot of work to do something like that.
I have several other masternodes, and for me it's not an issue and I understand that payouts will be variable it's just the way masternodes are.
I would assume that normal healthcare systems would have a complex platform of patient record on the moment. But, thats the beauty of Medic Coin. Medic Coin are virtually impenetrable. You cant copy them, you cant pretend that you have more than you do, and more to the point, you cant hack them. Not only that but every single transaction on the blockchain is visible, so no dealings behind closed doors anyone/everyone can see you!
What about privacy ? Everybody can see the patient records ?
I don't believe there is any intention to store patient records in the blockchain. The base of the open source software already exists and functions as typical software would store data (locally). I believe the way MEDICcoin will be integrated with the software as the primary payment / transmission feature built in to the software.
Initially I asked questions and got no answers. My messages were deleted and ignored. Then I used large red text and didn't get answers. Then I got frustrated and started looking into things and posting information. Others also got frustrated with the lack of answers.
Now I am having a friendly conversation via personal message with bitcoin9999. I think Bitcoin9999 is quite a nice person and probaly has good intentions but the way some things have been done it is quite likely that people will lose $. I have been getting many of the answers I have been asking for and editing the information as it is provided. Hopefully some of the discussions will help the devs make a better coin and reduce the risks.
I'm not "being mean". I am genuinely concerned that people lose money in Crypto. Whether it is through intentional or unintentional actions.
While I still have some serious concerns about the project (Which we ahave been discussing in a personal messages) - some good answers have now been provided.
Hi xtraelv,
Glad you are getting your answers. But I am sure in the beginning when this coin started there were a lot of attacks made on the coin by people commenting. So I'm sure that now that MEDICcoin is established and has some milestones under it's belt then it is much easier to respond to your questions. I can't personally speak for Bitcoin9999 but that is my assumption because generally he is very forthcoming and open with what is happening in regard to development, spending of pre-mined MEDIC , ..etc. If you have not had a chance you should also visit the discord group because there is a lot more information their daily as to what is happening with the coin and progress being made.

I can tell you one thing not many people are losing money with MEDICcoin if they have invested in master nodes. MEDICcoin masternodes is very high ROI so anyone invested typically makes their original investment back in months. Investors so far have learned that this is a real coin making real progress on all the roadmap items, and it is a "long term" coin. So let me ask you this, if you invest and you make your original investment back in months, how can you be so concerned for investors when they have already made their money back (or will soon) and not have any "skin in the game" ?
Actually they do have control over it. The founder of Medic Coin owns Cryptomat.com
Thanks I thought you were referring to one of the masternode listing sites like masternodes.online. I can see the site you are referring to. I'm sure the data there is the payouts at that time. So it's not linked to any "live" data. Since the focus of MEDICcoin is more about hitting the roadmaps / milestones as they have laid out, I'm sure updating cryptomat.com is a very low priority. Perhaps though, from you pointing out, they can update this information and somehow link it to dynamic price info, in order to keep that information up to date without having to manually go in and change it.
I can tell you that the BTC amount shown is currently wrong because in about a week with 2 mn I get .1673 BTC which is around $1159.89
I've already recouped my investment much over and I have not sold my "deposit" MEDIC yet.
This coin is here to stay and it is a "real" coin making "real" progress. Of all the MN coins I have invested in (yes some were scams) but MEDIC is the one coin I have faith in the developers and the idea. They actually meet and exceed the Roadmap and real people behind it.
Hey do you mind sharing your experience starting up these masternodes? Was it easy? Do you use VPS's? Whos'?
Easy for me but I've worked with linux for over 15+ years. You will need some technical experience to get a masternode up. However in MEDIC Discord group the developers of this coin offer shared Masternodes. So you can buy MEDIC and buy into shared masternode and they send daily payouts. This is great for non technical users and you get daily rewards for your MEDIC which is safe in a master node setup and managed by MEDICcoin development team
It is being advertised using incorrect fiat values.
That's not an "advertisement" that's a masternode listing. MEDICcoin does not control the BTC price that those platforms use. Obviously everyone should do their own investigation into correct BTC price when calculating returns.

I have no issue with the apps or other businesses. My post shows a link between Medic Coin founder and Cryptomat.com (same person) and that site has been deceiving people. It is a coin giving themselves positive reviews and not disclosing that they are controlled by the same people.
What's great is that you are actually proving that this is a "real" coin and project. As investors we all know who the creator of the coin is. He's not doing anything to try to hide who he is or how he is associated with MEDIC coin. Now try that with about 90% of the MasterNode coins out there and you will see they have all hid their tracks really well (because they are a scam)
MEDICCoin is one of the true "real" Masternode coins out there in a sea of scam mn coins. Hanson is a real person, who associates his real name and puts himself on the line for MEDICcoin. He is also an amazing delegator from what I have seen in the past 3-4 months he is getting a lot done for MEDICcoin project.
It's funny how the more people try to discredit this coin, the more they are actually supporting that it is a real coin with real development, (and making real progress).
I'm interested to see what the next "break through" is going to come from all the attackers
Sashadoc, please join us on Discord there is a lot of information there including instruction on MN setup, and if you have an issue you can post to the chat room and someone will offer guidance.
Stop talking out of your ass. Give me 10 minutes and I can find you a list of charities that accept bitcoin/crypto. I held a raffle a while back where I was able to find at least 10 different charities that were all accepting crypto.
What they are doing here with this coin is just pure horseshit. They are using people in need to cover up their scam operation and I'm disgusted about it.
I think it's silly that you claim that this coin is horseshit but if you look at the road map and the milestones being achieved, you can see continued and real progress well ahead of the road map. All it would take is a little bit of investigation and you can see that this coin has an amazing development team working hard on the road map as set out from the beginning. It's also funny that any time someone sees a pre-mine they claim the coin is a scam, but in reality some of the major cryptos started with pre-mine (Ripple, Cardano, Stellar, EOS, NEO).
