It seems like you are on a different fork,
in the current 1553366 chain block 1520998 is 915c0024afd7820a68c9c0c5cd5303314862410bd0d8792fe9959f890fac5db1
You can't get past 1520998 because in your version of blockchain it's different.
To sync to 1553366 you have to delete blk0001.dat and txleveldb dir (or better save them somewhere just in case) and re-download the whole blockchain from scratch.
command 'repair wallet' not show any problems

It seems that we are the only 2 people running the Philosopherstone client.
There is a permanent PHS node at 108.61.18.123Also there is a Philosopherstone source with a few updates/fixes at https://github.com/noise23/philosopherstone

As it stands right now, there is no place to trade this coin. Yobit wallet has been offline for a long time. Unnamed has had the wallet offline but supposedly the developer is allowed to make deposits there.
Maybe upgrade with the DEX code so that it can be traded elsewhere for free?

Unnamed V wallet is online, I'm was able to withdraw and deposit.
There is no such thing as "developer account", I have 2 accounts there and they have no way to know who those accounts belong to, developer or not.

I need some technical help with my Orbitcoin Digital wallet app I downloaded from this forum. It says that is is offline, not connected and I haven't found the option where I can toggle it back online. How do I connect my Orbitcoin digital wallet to the Orbitcoin Network.

Does the Windows bootstrap work for Mac?
I don't know, don't have any Mac machine so can't try...The wallet crashed pretty much instantly. It's able to run the PandaCoin wallet fine.
It's OS 10.13.6 on an Intell Core 2500 S.
Did it crash when you tried to bootstrap or just start a fresh wallet?

Can someone update all the exchanges that Truck coin is on, I am a little lost on this coin no, it seems to have trouble staying with exchanges,
Even though I see it on unnamed exchange there is very little coins there to buy or sell, surely this coin is better than that or are investors sitting on their wallets or have they lost or thrown their wallets out as the coin is worth pretty much worth part of a doge coin and not worth trading
There are 332816474 coins in total and 63,000 on sell at unnamed exchange surely this coin is on other exchanges?

Unnamed exchange is the main exchange for TRK at the moment.
