Well, if you check this user’s posts history you will find that this is not the first tme he has a bad exerience with this service.
He made few posts complaining about a similar issue (not being able to withdraw his winnings and not gettng a response from support) more than two years ago!
I have no idea why he is still playing on this casino!

Sorry to say but chat and email support are the only available ways for you to contact them, here they wont respond because they use this thread to spread promo codes only while they do not communicate with the community.
What you can do now is being patient to wait till they give a response for you, by the way the validation code issue is not a new thing here because I believe there were some similar cases in the past.

@OP, including some evidences in your main post will increase the acceptance of your accusation. However, I do believe in your accusation. Phone number verification system doesn't work on 8bet. They don't give a call to the phone number, which is necessary to verify the number. And their email support doesn't give replies properly. I just sent a message to their email support by informing them about this thread. The last time I had reached their email support on the 12th October of last year. They had replied to the scam accusation after receiving my email.

8betnews is a bot auto-posting like ChartBuddy, 8betnews is different from a real human (8Bet) a person who frequently answers the question.

Are you already PMed him (8Bet)?, If hasn't been, try to tell him about your problem, maybe he might get a notification and resolve your problem because when you tell on this thread he doesn't have notification and make sure him you don't break the rules

I am not defending 8bet website and I never used them but you need to post some screenshots and follow instructions and format for posting.
You should post something like your balance, your bets and conversations you had with their support team in chat or emails.

He isn't concerned and didn't explain the case carefully. If we back on top thread, we can see several players already success withdrawing the money using a free code or deposit. so if nonnozeus got a problem, maybe he has something wrong with authentication or problem with his account.

I made withdrawal earlier but right now I can't receive confirmation SMS code for withdrawal.
