waiting too... for dag-fix in SMOS  Undecided

-10% MH/S actualy!!!
As now there is no universal fix and it wont be implemented automatically becasue of many problems that can cause.
If you want please use this image and try booting it with youtr rig. Its the only solution for now.
When AMD will release new drivers then i could implement probably fix as optional update.
Anyway i wont push this update to everyones rig becasue it would be destructive.
http://download.simplemining.net/simpleminer-RX-v1118_dagfix_computekernel.img.zip

i confirmed 15Mh/S more with 7xRX580 NItro + 8GB
BUT ALSO 330W more !!!!!!! Sad

IMO results are different case by case....

The image  simpleminer-RX-v1118_dagfix_computekernel.img.zip didn't work for me in any off my rigs!

The solution was adding the kernel to my v1119 SMOS by hand. But i only had good results in my 480 and 580 cards. My 470 and 570 rigs consumption where off the charts....

Here are my results for the working rigs:

#### RIG 01 ####

6 x (RX480 SAPPHIRE REF 8G --> 1095 2080) --> 890W (148,3W/unid) 157,5mh (26,3mh/unid) | 5,65W/mh
                                                                                950W (158,3W/unid) 172,3mh (28,7mh/unid) | 5,51W/mh (DAG FIX)
#### RIG 02 ####

6 x (RX480 XFX REF 8G --> 1095 2080) --> 910W (151,7W/unid) 157,5mh (26,3mh/unid) | 5,78W/mh
                                                                       960W (160,0W/unid) 172,3mh (28,7mh/unid) | 5,57W/mh (DAG FIX)
#### RIG 03 ####

6 x (RX480 MSI GAMING X 8G --> 1191 2150) --> 885W (147,5W/unid) 162,5mh (27,1mh/unid) | 5.45W/mh
                                                                                 970W (161,7W/unid) 175,0mh (29,2mh/unid) | 5,54W/mh (DAG FIX)

#### RIG 04 ####

2 x (RX480 SAPPHIRE NITRO+ 8G --> 1150 2130)
1 x (RX480 SAPPHIRE NITRO+ 4G --> 1150 1998)
2 x (RX580 SAPPHIRE NITRO+ SE 8G --> 1150 2150) --> 780W (156W/unid) 137.5mh (27,5mh/unid) | 5,67W/mh
                                                                                             890W (178W/unid) 145,8mh (29,2mh/unid) | 6,10W/mh (DAG FIX)

How can I add manually the dag-fix kernel?

Hi, do i need the alternate iso for MSI Z270-A PRO? With 6 GPU i stuck with some strange frozen image with pixels.

Last bios
4g encoding enabled
Gen 2
Audio off

I had the same error with z270a-pro

tytanick, if i remembber correct, you use the z270a-pro, right?

Last Bios didn't work well use previus bios so boot with 3 cards 4G decoding disable after boot os and mining shutdown and enable 4G decoding save and turn off put the others gpu boot normaly note pci latecy timer must be set at 96 and disable all unnecesary features and ports like Windows features audio and serial ports .

@tytanick Can you make something about group the miners, for example, mining to one pool with one rig and mining with other values for other pool seems to me more important feature we actually trying to manage this but we already add some money to one email account this it's not the end of the world but would be really useful.

We have an Nvidia Rig 5x1070 and 1080ti but can't we use SMOS cause we want to mine Zcash with those we need separate options or another email .

Thanks in advance.

Important questions:

I get the message that GPU #no found an incorrect share and that I should look if my o/c is stable, but then the share is not counted as rejected?

Which shares are counted as rejected?

 Is there a way to count all incorrect shares to see if our overclocks are ok?

Your OS seems to be taking off too.  I understand the appeal and if I had the time and space for another box in this office I would be all over that, but we are packed to the brim with mining boxes and other computers

Really, the idea of the OS is less concerning in some ways than installing a software wallet, since the OS is independant of your daily OS, where you are constantly sending data.  Enough said, paranoid people cannot be explained with rational thought.  I love the project and I am glad you haven't gotten attacked too much.

Disable Integrated Audio Serial Port and LTP Ports,  up to 3 card no 4G decoding need it , if you go over 3 gpu you need it  boot with 3 cards only wait until mine after that reboot enable 4G decoding power off plug the others GPUs boot wait  for detection in my case need to enable pci latency timer at 96 not 32 (default value)

Today i succesfully ran nvidia GPU under simplemining Smiley
Still its without any OC becasue OC is separate subject and i need to see what can be done and what cant Smiley
Anyway it will be in 2-4 days Smiley YAY Tongue
Great! This would be awesome.

When we  can get this version of claymore
Latest version is v9.5:

- fixed issue with PASC, miner could check some nonces twice. Effective hashrate must be a bit higher now.
- improved SIA support for Nicehash, added "mining.extranonce.subscribe" and "client.reconnect" commands support. Effective hashrate must be a bit higher now.
I will look into when i am not in drunk state Tongue

Also i am now searching for programmers (here is Poland) to help me with developing simplemining becasue i am just one man and it is too much for one human and i want this software to develop and beeing wonderfull !
Thats why its not moving furoward from some time.
Propably it will be rewritten form base and then new features will come.
Also i am right now overwhelmed by SSRv2 release.
Please understand me and give me some weeks to sort this all out.
Anyway i will be managing all the features and i will be cooperating all of it. As it is my hobby i will do as best as i can to make this software and hardware AS BEST AS POSSIBLE Smiley
I hope you guys forgive me some not well done parts of my job like some errors in spelling or some little bugs or missing features Sad
I am working 13 hours daily and i see how hard it is to make it better Smiley

Also i am implementing rocket chat for simplemining sit you gous would be able to communicate between eachother and me much faster !

I think you should focus in smos I know may be you have other projects but we are using it and have a lot potential more than other distros ,I know that programming it's a time consuming non sleeping job but this distro can be the top distro if you could keep it simple and easy to use obviously updated.

somebody ran gtx 660 ti, gtx 670 on drk?

I have been mining X11 with my 660ti for 1800kh/s , I havent tweaked it. Nvidia drivers just auto -OC the card accordingly. I don't know what settings in bat could benefit me

Me no problems here 4920Khash both cards ccminer from cryptomining-blog.com my cards are tdp unlocked  limit set at 150% with afterburner can push more but it ran in stability issues.

Personally i havent touched x11 coins and there are so many out i honestly dont want to have to follow them. Call me lazy but i would rather accept £3.18 a day then risk mining a coin that drops in price over night.
Even at just that, i will almost break even on a 750Ti in a month. Which aslong as i break even on my cards atall, anything after that is profit, so who cares. I will never earn enough off it to live on

What do you mine then?
