This is all good but why you would need new coin for this, you could easily achieve this by using any other currency with fast transfer which would be changed in the other end to USDT or FIAT fast enough.
Still the question remains also , those who would need to use those transactions .. do they have smartphones and knowledge how to use them This still is my main concern.

No need for these many rounds of IEO and ICOs. If you believe that your project is well laid, sell all through an IEO that is organized in just a single form and not series of sales that freaks some of us off. I believe these sales can take about 6 months without listing on an exchange with the excuse that after tokensale. One project doing same is twogap, they've have sold their tokens for over 1 year now without any good news about listing.
