It is true. When we needed the most communication between the developers and the community, it was nowhere to be found. At the time of the bug, the devs weren't even there to tell us anything. Bottom line, confidence in this coin was lost at that moment. Let this be a lesson, when things are going south, leadership must be there to communicate with the community. It should be the number one priority. Constant updates are a must during those trying times. No confidence, no go. That's the bottom line. Sucks, but it is true. If you can't see that many people are upset that they lost money on this, you're pretty cold blooded.
