The database server seems to be down.

I can understand technical problems, in times when even large enterprises with far greater resources than SD are struggling with DDoS attacks and the like.
But your communication definitely needs to improve to maintain trust.
Just a few words would be enough to calm some nerves.

Nicely put.  I PM'ed Cyrus when he was online but didn't even get a response to it either.  Wonder how long this is going to last.
Edit: I got a message from another person (SATMAS), was told that hopefully soon. <--------  Fake, phished accounts
Edit 2:  Got a reply from Cyrus, he said he has no idea.  So thats all good, at least with the reply.

Hey guys, I got a PM from an userID: SATMS  He phished my account.  Here is the PM message that was auto-forwarded to my email:

"Hi nummusVVV

I've replied to you, i hope satoshidice comeback online soon:

Reply to this Personal Message here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;f=inbox;pmsg=5344918;quote;u=664980"

I clicked on the link cause it wouldnt let me reply with the reply button feature on this site, thinking not much of it, i was prompted to type in my info.   I was able to recover my account info and change the password.  For those of you have your satoshidice user ID (EMAIL) and password the same as the account on here, I recommend getting that switched out ASAP, in case he logs on and takes your funds if there is any.

1. because of the flash or whatever else type of program it uses, after a bit of play, the game significantly slows down (meaning i cant press the bet button quicker if I chose to)
Did you try closing and opening up the browser again to see if it made a difference? We had a leak causing something similar before and maybe it made its way back in the new version of the game. I will try as soon as we get back up.
A: Yes.  I have to do that all the time.  But it always resorts back to getting very slow.

2.  After a number of bets rolled, the bet amount keeps increasing gradually.  Sometimes I will bet at 0.001 and without my knowledge, it has changed to 0.00167 (which means that from 0.001, it went to 0.00113, 0.001146......... gradual increase)
Was it doing this gradual increase just from betting or did deposits perhaps arrive and got confirmed? It probably happens when there's a mismatch between general balance call responses and the client side balance.
A: Yes, it does it from gradual increase just from betting.  No deposits were added.

3. granted that the site shows the provably fair hashes for the previous bet rolled but I have way too many times, enough to the point that i have taken notice that, bet a roll at lower than 6618 and the bet outcome, when its a close roll) coincidentally a roll between 6640-6714 (estimated range)
This is just coincidence, an apparent patterns that happen in gambling. We use a proper random generator server side and outcome is also dependent on the "client random" in your browser that can be verified from the js code. Players can also provide their own client rolls if in doubt.
A:  Maybe just a coincidence but when it's noted frequently, i beg to differ that it becomes a coincidence.  Regardless, I know it can be verified.  Just find it so odd.  Maybe it has a memory.  LoL.

Im not sure about what everyone else thinks but after the changes that were implemented when we started to have to log-in with user name and password has someone changed the game structure.  A few things of note:
1. because of the flash or whatever else type of program it uses, after a bit of play, the game significantly slows down (meaning i cant press the bet button quicker if I chose to)
2.  After a number of bets rolled, the bet amount keeps increasing gradually.  Sometimes I will bet at 0.001 and without my knowledge, it has changed to 0.00167 (which means that from 0.001, it went to 0.00113, 0.001146......... gradual increase)
3. granted that the site shows the provably fair hashes for the previous bet rolled but I have way too many times, enough to the point that i have taken notice that, bet a roll at lower than 6618 and the bet outcome, when its a close roll) coincidentally a roll between 6640-6714 (estimated range)
4.  at a 50.25% chance win, very very rarely, if that have I rolled a loss like 6 or 7 times in a row but it happens quite frequently now and I believe that the new program implementation along with the slowness of the rolls, regardless of the show provably fair hash results, are causing this to happen.

These are just my personal observation after playing this site for quite sometime now.  I can't verify the above with concrete data but I think it's enough for me to take the time to voice my opinion on here.

**edit: it's May 12, 2016, 07:03:51 PM according to bitcointalk.org's current time clock and the site's still down.

Anyone else having issues when he logs in?  My screen just keeps on resetting.  Earlier, when i was logged in, when I placed a bet, I get the bet failed at this time.

Same for me, I can't login. The site is stuck on a reload loop, each with a new secret address.

yup.exactly.  I was able to get in for a second.  Saw recent bets, but then it started looping again.

I have noticed that after I mine a bit on clevermining then switch to a different pool, periodically, my btc profit drops a little every so often.  Why is that?  I don't see anything regarding that in the FAQ section.

well you have to see the hourly rate and what profitability is being run that hour.

I understand that.  Sorry but let me be more specific.  After mining and once my hashrate drops to zero, I know that I have no activity going on which only results in the 4 stages of profit (e.g. immature, unexchanged, ready for payout, and total profit.  Well, a few hours afterwards, regardless of what stage the coins are in, I still can view the total profit which under normal circumstances or logic leads me to believe that eventually the different stages of btc will eventually mature and be ready for payout.  I have been noticing this the past few days that my total profit every so often, whether it be a few hours, 1/2 day, or full day about .0000001 to .0000002 just disappears and my total profit slowly diminishes.  I'm looking for an explanation why that is happening.

I have a few gridseed blade miners for clevermining pool and I was curious if the pool goes off of the cgminer WU or the hashrate?  I ask cause when I am mining my scrypt asics on wemineltc, the WU=14ish and when I am connected to the clevermining pool the WU=7.5
Thanks.
