Not really, it is a contest where they'll chose one amongst the top voted to go around the world bloging - they are a travel agency.

Of course, considering the top voted has around 7k votes, it's pretty much impossible to reach - just gotta get enough votes so they take a look at the profile!

Odd - all the times I've done it, it only shows me that message when I haven't cleared my cookies. When I'm IP blocked, it just doesn't allow the heart icon to be clicked...

This is actually a quite nice idea, security-wise. Better than using an old cell phone and "manually removing the wireless transmitters", as I've seen suggested.
