Not everything depends from the project. A lot of depends from market conditions. A lot of investors are disappointed in cryptocurrency projects. They stopped invest in them because they lost a lot of money.
Of course the investors are ready with all the possible risks, so, they dare to invest their money in an ico, and they know if investing in ICO will certainly make their money spin slowly, not the same if investing in BTC or cryptocurrency in exchanger, so in my opinion the team need to take the right steps by registering their tokens in exchange so that investors' money can be returned quickly.Unfortunately now even investments in Bitcoin brings loses. But I agree with you that the project must have a develop ecosystem and a lot of exchanges (not one).

Waiting when market will be green. I am a Bitcoin hodler, but now only EDC bring profit for me.

Our system is not provided for TMV mining, all TMVs are over-collateralized by ETH.

Конечно такие действия должны быть приняты, я например готов платит налоги с этого вида деятельности, всегда лучше работать по белому и спать спокойно. Но ведь большинство бирж находятся в таких территориальных зонах, которые ни как не контролируются и так будет и дальше. Про данную биржу не говорю, тут все в порядке, она должна заинтересовать по крайней мере всех криптовалютных трейдеров из СНГ.Особенно регулирования важно для крупных трейдеров, которые торгуют крупными суммами или для майнеров. Работа с регулируемой биржей всегда более безопасна, чем с нерегулируемой.
Регулирование нужно для того, чтобы было удобно и комфортно работать с банками и выводить средства на счета в банках. Многие криптовалютные биржи работают исключительно только с криптовалютами.
