Yes, and anyone can become GoDaddy by buying a hosting business.
Are you for real?

Why don't you try it.  It is better than your "Blackmailing Business".

How about you go make a photo of a bench or something.

Because even trolling the forums 24/7 is better than what youve been up to until now.

Could someone please get a camera and confront Ken like this:
http://www.coindesk.com/watch-man-confront-ceo-mt-gox-missing-bitcoins/

Same with Ukyo. Thank you.

Its on, Ken. Shits gettin real.

Truth is, you collected A LOT of money from people and did not fulfil your promises, plus you did not give anything back after you failed. Or even planned to fail.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?

Your selfish attitude has not only fucked it for everyone else, but compromised your own security by revealing your public address.

0.0001747869 is the price you will sell at so why would anyone now buy the remaining Ukyo shares at 0.0005, smart-arse?

Once we get rid of numpties like this and the trolls have collected their cheap shares, then the road to recovery will be swift.

I predict DTS will revisit in about 8 weeks to tell us how his life has been destroyed because he sold all his shares.

He'll be rather shocked to see so many of us have stayed behind and and are sitting on a bitcoin mine.

Ken's management style is questionable at best.  I am pissed off with him because of the way he's handling this shares issue.

Ken has allowed this 108btc fiasco to become something much more than it need have been.

That said, I still have complete faith that Ken will bring this company through and once DTS stops interfering then we'll see some of the weak hands bail, which is well overdue.

Just another logical step for this "security" to reach its true value. Which is zero.

Like any of the failscams until now. The list is long and this one is no exception.

I advise you all not to purchase any shares above 0.0002 because when we trade I will sell all of mine at 0.0002. So if you're buying these overpriced shares at 0.0005 you're an idiot.

Damn, there were only 17K left. Now we'll never trade...

No problem. Just gotta find some even bigger idiots than those who bought this failscam before.

Someone will buy them sooner or later.

Exactly what I just meant... dts has been trying to sell the 114k for weeks now.

As for anyone who thinks he can "get out", forget it. Not even for .0001, because noone wants to fucking buy them. The only idiots who are dumb enough to buy already went for some of Ukyos shares. There wont be enough idiots left (or dumb money if you will) by the time the majority of the shares hit the market.

The price of bitcoin has gone below $700.
Gox is dying.
Ken needed bitcoin prices to go high in order to make active mining make a profit on paper.
Bitcoin price has dropped, difficulty has gone up.
There will be no profit.
It is predicted that Ken will shut down operations in a few days and come up with some excuse to legitimize doing so.
It is all over.

"shut down operations"? You mean get rid of the benches? Seriously... wtf? What did Ken ever achieve with ActM besides posting here?

Well almost, the sale of the shares was going really well until the shareholders started listening to the Tolls again and panicked like little children. Nothing new there. The shares would have been sold within 5 days and we would have had enough money to pay back a few btc to Ukyo too - but too many people on here just can't see the bigger picture. Keep listening to them Trolls kiddies.

Almost shed a tear at the "pay back a few btc to Ukyo" part.

So touching.

(rage...)

Why are we not trading?

I told y'all, because Ken wants to make another HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS by selling Ukyo's shares to the biggest retards out there who are still willing to buy this failscam.

Problem is, if the masses are ever allowed to trade, there will be no retards left... he knows that.

Boo-hoo for us.

We are in an excellent financial position.

To everyone new to this thread: This was the quarterly financial update of ActM (detailed version). It will take some getting used to, I know. But that is how we do things 'round here...

Here's an update on shares for everyone:

It's been: 109 days since transfers began https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297543.msg3325554#msg3325554

73 days since the final transfers to AMC-tender (based on date given at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297543.msg3492434#msg3492434)

66 days since public listing at crypto-trade (Dec 5th)

19 since "Getting trading up and running is now my number one mission" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4652540#msg4652540

18 since he was planning to "start moving Investors shares to Crypto-Trade within the next 7 days." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4664267#msg4664267 Also at this time, Ukyo's shares were listed for sale on Cryptotrade at .01

11 days since he was starting "process of verifying the shares tomorrow." "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4831091#msg4831091

10 days since it would "be a few more days before, I can get the verifying program uploaded to the server." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4850206#msg4850206 and that the site for verification is completed and that he just needs to "set it up on the server." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4850215#msg4850215

9 days since he was "working on [getting the verification site up in] the next few days." and that he doesn't "see to many problems getting it running ASAP." https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=297503.msg4861499#msg4861499

Yup. Working on it. It'll be right along any minute now. Just give him 7 days.

Solid post.

...Ken needs to get on here and tell us what is going on with the shares. ...

He's too busy working on his core business -- deleting posts.  Chillax.

Heavy usage of the delete button today... looks like we made him angry by just buying 48 shares.

Plot twist/prediction for the next 2 weeks:

- Ken loses the asset list
- finds more Ukyo/3rd party shares instead!
- announces 14nm
- skips CT, announces move to own decentralized exchange by end of the year (2 programmers already hired)

COME ON... !! With all the shit we've been through with this guy, this could even happen, right? I'm ready to bitbet on this even!

Ken you've had another week go by without starting the share verification process, what's going on? Last you spoke all that was required was a bit of time to upload the program to a server.

No shares for you.

First, you must buy up Ukyo's shares. All of them. Just so Ken can make another HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS while we stand there, watching.

kthxbye, bitches.

What's the deadline given by Ken for trading to commence?

The quote below is from a week ago. Since then, Ken is still holding our shares hostage until he's made another 100+ BTC selling Ukyo's shares and excluding the rest of his shareholders from trading.

As soon as I get the verification program up on the server, then as investors get verified we will start sending the list over to CT to create the accounts which will include the shares.  So, once the accounts are created then trading will start.

Ken, WHEN is this happening!?

Could you commit yourself to at least this one date in front of your shareholders?

Yes, I will be working on this the next few days.  I don't see to many problems getting it running ASAP.
