Type of Collateral: $75 CashApp/BTC
USDT ERC20 Address: 0xf016a84f5bfcf0ab22e042c1c673faa4fa8edb77

BTC pref, but both work.
You joined this Forum December 13 and 4 days later requesting for a loan of $400.
Your account is new, Trust is needed before your request would be accepted but if you can known a reputable member who can stand for you then it's all good to get a loan

He is just the scammer and spammer of this thread mate.So you can skip his application,Shasan will take care of him.He will be tagged for spamming the Shasan thread. And he had applied for 400$ was the fun factor here.Lol
With the collateral of 75$,he had applied for the 400$.He should understand the basic concept of applying loan. And he should read the rules before applying the loan here. With his condition,No one will give him the loan.

Excuse me? I’m no scammer, don’t judge someone just because their new, just FYI, I’ve worked with @leomedina and @devans with a few things on their casinos, so I’m no scammer. And when did I spam? I’ve only applied twice, once a few days ago, and once last night. Mind your own business next time, and don’t judge a book by its cover.

What factors influence the price of Bitcoin?
by
nycfed
on 17/12/2023, 17:56:35 UTC
The price of Bitcoin is influenced by multiple factors, such as market demand and supply, investor sentiment, regulatory developments, macroeconomic trends, technological advancements, and geopolitical events. To add onto that, factors such as media coverage and the overall adoption of cryptocurrencies can impact Bitcoin's value. The crypto market is known for its volatility, and multiple elements contribute to the dynamic nature of Bitcoin prices.

Furthermore, Bitcoin's limited supply (capped at 21 million coins) creates a scarcity aspect, often cited as a key factor influencing its value. Institutional interest, such as investments by major companies and financial institutions can also play a significant role in shaping market perceptions and affecting the Bitcoin price. Additionally, advancements in blockchain technology, scalability solutions, and developments in the broader crypto ecosystem can impact the long term viability and attractiveness of Bitcoin as a digital asset.

Moreover, the "halving" events in the Bitcoin protocol, which occur approximately every 4 years, contribute to its scarcity. During these events, the rate at which new Bitcoins are created is halved, reducing the overall supply growth. This programmed scarcity is designed to mimic the scarcity of precious metals such as gold, adding to Bitcoins appeal as digital gold among investors.

Institutional interest not only includes direct investments, but also the development of the financial instruments like Bitcoin futures and exchange traded funds, which are also known as ETFs. The entry of major players into the crypto space can bring increased legitimacy and stability, which positively impacts the market sentiment.

Blockchain technology enhancements, like the implementation of layer two scaling solutions, example; (the Lightning Network), aim to address Bitcoins scalability challenges, which make Bitcoin transactions faster and more cost effective. These technological improvements contribute to Bitcoins long term viability and its potential as a mainstream means of value transfer.

Re: Who lost money due to dogecoin?

Not me. Doge went up by 50% recently and made me some nice profits. If you bought this when it was 60 cents, that's your problem and if you check the charts it didn't stay at 60 cents for long. It was a parabolic rise which was't sustainable. If you still believe in doge, now is a great time to collect them cheap coins even though it went up lately. I don't think memelords are done with this project so I am buying with 3.5 hands. My target price is $1 and I know it will hit $1 in the future that's a x10 return which is quite nice. It is not x100 or x1000 but those days are gone now.

I was sort of new to investing at the time, I only have invested for a year before the dogecoin rise, and before I knew not much about it, and didn't really care for some altcoins. Me, and I know other people too, seen that dogecoin was rising, and the marketing such as "Dogecoin to the moon" or "dogecoin to $1" was pretty convincing. It is my fault for investing into it at such a high price, I just regret not caring for altcoins at the time though, would've made a decent amount of money.

Your father was right about studies, education is a top priority, because you're able to get a wide variety of jobs, and good paying too depending on where you're from, and you could make a lot more than $7,000, and use it towards investment money.
Personally, I think bitcoin is a great investment to make, because the coin is halving in April 2024, which will most likely make BTC price fluctuate.
But, it is your money, and before you invest the money, you should let your dad know of the risks, or at least information about investing/cryptocurrency, since from the details that you've told makes it seem like he doesn't know much about investing.
I wish you good luck though on your investment, and hopefully it was worth it!

I agree, I'm not much of a gambler, I more so like to watch other streamers/celebrities stream, but a Dana White and Stake collab would be pretty fun to watch, especially since Dana White has a history of gambling, one of my favorite gamblers. Tongue

So we all remember the time when dogecoin first came out, it was such a hyped-up altcoin, and everybody was excited about it. People start investing into the coin, and then it ends up sky rocketing! Who here was one of the people who invested into dogecoin while it was around the 60 cent mark, and wanted it to go up even higher, but then ended up losing a ton of money? Well I’m one of those people, and currently, dogecoin seems to be doomed, and I haven’t seen it get past the 10 cent mark in so long, and doubt that it will anytime soon. Coin doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, so for that could we get an RIP dogecoin in the chat? 😢🙏
Doge is a meme coin, during that time I only focused on buying Bitcoin and top altcoins in the market so I didn't get to invest in doge. I feel bad that you have invested at a higher value. But don't lose hope, we are not in the bull season, doge will probably be one of those altcoins that will make a rally. Investing in doge is risky but if ever it makes a comeback and you already made a profit, grab that chance and sell your holdings. Don't make the same mistake twice.

Yeah, that’d be the best to happen. I never here many people talking about dogecoin anymore, but if any billionaire such as Elon Musk or another celeberity/billionaire thats into cryptocurrency advertised the coin, the coin would sky rocket once more. That’s what we really need, billionaires truly have a huge impact on coins going up, just depending on how they advertise it. They can easily make us rich, just don’t know why they don’t.

Well, not very a smart financial decision, considering that cryptocurrency can crash at anytime, especially bitcoin. You never are truly aware on if your money invested will sky rocket, or if you’ll lose a shit ton. I’m curious, how much have you spent on the PC? Hopefully, it should’ve been something you could financially afford, or you possibly had another backup PC/laptop, otherwise, not very a smart financial decision from you.

20,000? That doesn't seem like that big of a deal, you must think about the people who have tons of money invested into cryptocurrency.

its time for another pizza day but reversal this time, lm selling 2 papa John's pizza for 1 Bitcoin. BTC

You're trying to be smart but no one is stupid enough to buy 2 Papa John's Pizzas for 1 BTCitcoin. I would recommend you to try your luck somewhere else because on this forum users aren't naive enough to purchase 2 pizzas for a Bitcoin because with a single Bitcoin we can buy so many of those pizzas.

I'm assuming it was supposed to be a joke, not very funny though.  Embarrassed

by

I agree, it is dumb for a casino not to KYC a player before they sign up, because they could deposit their own money/receive a tip, and try to withdraw but that money is just gone. Makes me think some casinos are thieves, such as roobet. Happened to me, but I ended up just KYCing, but for people who don’t have it available, they just have frozen money.

I’d suggest using stake.com, they give out bonus codes on their telegram daily until christmas day, and they’re also hosting pretty big wager competitions, but you have to wager a decent amount to even get a prize. They also do weekly raffles, and the prizes are increased for christmas.

Re: Outrageous Bitcoin Fees
by

I used to use the blockchain crypto wallet, and back in 2020, I set my fee to the lowest option, which was around like $1, and the transaction did not confirm for 2 weeks. Thought my bitcoin was gone, that’s why I haven’t thought about using a low fee since then. Didn’t think that this would happen again though, but bitcoin has skyrocketed. It’s almost crazy to think that about 2 months ago, bitcoin was low 20k, but now it’s reached 40k! It’d be pretty sweet if it could get past 50k, near it’s all time high by the end of 2023, but I’d wish the transaction fees would reduce by a good amount.

Re: How do I earn merit?
by

on 16/12/2023, 23:37:03 UTC
Well the main reason why I’d like to earn merit is because I have to wait 360 seconds just to reply + post a topic. Kind of annoying, and the only way to fix that from what I’ve read is to earn more merit. Thank you for replying to this though, gives me a bit more understanding and one more question, to search up a question, do I have to click on the topic that’s for the question that I am looking for? Or am I able to just search it up?

Buy copper member account if you want to by pass such limit.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

But how fast are you to read through the post and want to reply within a few restricted seconds? Or is it about creating new threads just like you did after creating this one?

Any way, with a copper member, your waiting time will be reduced, and it's almost or even equal to a member rank by some limit, if I'm correct. Just so you know, being a Copper member does not give you immunity from getting banned if you violate any of the forum rules, and the money paid is not refundable.

Just for typing this comment, you dropped another thread on the Altcoin discussion.

I’m not aware of what the rules are, like I said, I’m new. I didn’t know that creating a bunch of threads could get me banned? (if that’s what you were trying to tell me) I am just trying to have a few conversations going in stuff that I’m interested in, which is why I’ve created multiple threads. I’m sure when you first joined this site, you were curious on how stuff works, just as I am, but I’ll be sure to check out the rules, guess that’s what I should’ve done in the first place. And just so you know, I’m not just here for Merit, I don’t even know what its for, I was just trying to gain knowledge on how people have so much and how it works/how to gain it.

Outrageous Bitcoin Fees
by

on 16/12/2023, 23:09:04 UTC
The bitcoin fees right now are absolutely outrageous, anybody have any idea on when it will go down? Exodus user here, and to send bitcoin the fees range anywhere from $15-30! Been like this for a minute, reminds me back in 2020 when the fees were about the same as now for a month. Hopefully it doesn’t stay like this for much longer, but anybody got predictions on how much BTC will hit by the end of 2024?

Loan Amount: $400 USDT
Loan Purpose: Personal (repair vehicle)
Loan Repay Amount: $500 USDT
Loan Repay Date: 6 weeks or earlier (will pay you 50 USD a week, and on the last week, all of it will be repaid).
Type of Collateral: None
USDT ERC 20 Address: 0xf016a84f5bfcf0ab22e042c1c673faa4fa8edb77

Hello, while I may look like a user who doesn’t know anything, I just recently created an account on here, but have knew about this site for almost a year. Been scrolling through forums here and there, but never decided to create an account. I’m not very unknown, I have helped @devans and @leomedina with some typos on their websites, but especially Leo. Me and Leo are on pretty good conditions, and he is the owner of MoneyPot, while Daniel is the owner of the casino bustabit. If you need confirmation, I’m glad to shoot them and email for them to confirm, but I can assure you I’m a kind person. Anyways, thank you for taking the time to read this, and hope you’re having a wonderful day! Looking forward to starting up some new friendships here, would be nice.

(Also, the reason why I’m needing the loan is because I have no more transportation, so I cannot get to work, and as you may imagine, it’s my only source of income. It will most likely take me 3 weeks to repay the loan, but I set it to 6 weeks as the max because anything could happen. But, this would be helping me out big time.)
