Is it still worth mining with GPUs ? I used to mine on siamining with marlin on 5 x 1050ti (poor miner).

You can set your account info by clicking above your BURST address in your wallet, if I remember correctly. You only need it in case you use Bittrex for exchange as they require to include a certain message along with your deposit, and messages can be sent only if you have a public key assigned to the wallet, and that you obtain after setting your account info.

I sent you 3 BURST: 1 for setting your 'account name', and getting the 'public key'. The second is for reward assignment. The third BURST is for covering the transaction fee for paying me back when you get your first payout from the pool.

You can start mining after your first plot file right away, if you've set the reward assignment to the chosen pool. For Linux I think you can use https://github.com/alter3d/creepMiner. I've sent you a PM for some starting BURST.

By examining the debug.log in %appdata%\snowgem, I noticed that at block 829 the daemon starts banning all peers for "misbehaving" with the reason "BAN THRESHOLD EXCEEDED", including itself. So that might be a clue for devs why the windows wallet is stuck at that block.
