Or maybe we need some really BAD press. How bad it is that guns can be bought anonymously etc. This publicity will help us enormously

ADVERTISING:

As of this morning, we have begun a couple different advertising campaigns utilizing Social Media, Google and also a few crypto websites.  They will all be in full effect before the end of the week and should bring some good attention to Guncoin.

We want to expand the advertising more and are still interested in hearing any and all advertising ideas and leads from everyone.  If you have an idea, make sure to let us know!

Take an ad out in some gun owners magazine. Offer them for 100 for $1 Smiley

Hah I was right, you are talking to each other here, this is like a care bear thread.
And you said one thing right. They made a million sales and only you 2 are sitting here working your keyboards.

A million sales?
And not one photo of a War Machine

And only 2 photos of Falcon in existance. And on one of those threads Josh said enjoy the pictures because they had fun making them.

Making the pictures, or making the Falcon? Making pictures?  The pictures of the falcon and war machines are both 3d models on their website.

Oh yeah, Cassey?

I'd love to see who is getting 71 from a War Machine.

volder reported highest as 60.  Also said stable at 56.  So 71, Cassey?

Oh yeah, Josh asked for pictures.  This is the thread so far (just cut off where she really does have a fan pointed at the POWER SUPPLIES.

I think you should just get the refund mate. Seriously. You are lucky if you been offered refund. Im not saying you shouldnt complain receiving something you werent sold. But if they are willing to refund it - why not?  Testing item for 2 days and hashing with it seems reasonable. Not like they had it for 2 months. Has with it for 2 days to get your hashing time back you lost. Then return it for refund.

About that power issue, I was informed that it was measured on LTC . The problem is not the pool you're using but the current difficulty and coin type. The higher the difficulty the more power the machine needs.
Early gridseeds had exactly the same issue , having different power draw depending on the coin you're mining.

I was also assured that if you have a faulty hardware you can return it and have it refunded, so I'm sorry but I don't see an issue here.

I also fail to see a connection with them and BFL. They said they'll deliver and they did, if you got the hardware a day or 2 later, there is really no issue, most online stores reserve at least a week for this.
And as I said before you can return the hardware if you want. As for your time, imagine you go to a store, buy something, come back home and don't like it, go back to return and request money for your lost time Cheesy Are you serious?

This is the second time in this thread that you're referring to some mysterious information only you have access to. And with all due respect it sounds like complete and utter bollocks. Are you saying that these miners will require more and more power as LTC difficulty rises? LTC diff went up by about 30% since they first announced power consumption at 15W per MH/s, does it mean that a 30% increase in difficulty requires 3 times more power now at 45W per MH/s ?

Yes, complete and utter bollocks
Hasnt got a fucking scoobies

And he works for gaw judging by this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=530420.0
Yes they are paying people to promote their products on here with fake reviews, quite openly

Then why is my Falcon pulling 1100 Watts from the wall for mining CGA with stabilized diff of 2 and net hashrate of 180-200MH?? Big difference than the HUGE difficulty of LTC.....

Say what? You own a Falcon. And its running at 180-200MHz?  wtf?

I'll clarify. CGA net hashrate is 180-200MH/s.  Going to be testing starcoin with net hash of 50MH/s to see what power draw is for a REALLY low diff coin. Any less net hashrate than that runs risk of 51% from my asic.

my falcon does 24-28MH, btw. waiting to see if they release promised patch before I decide to return it or not.

OK. Would you mind posting a photo of your falcon? Im not calling you out, I just want to see a photo of an actual falcon. What date did you receive it and what date was it ordered?

Thanks

What we are saying is we are suspicious because the only units that seem to have been delivered are junk 1mh machines sold to "kids" I  assume.

Elaborate scams usually involve building up trust over a few months before hitting the bigger players making a ton and running away to mexico.

I see they are paying you for your signature

I wonder why they have to do that? Did you get your $50 for a months work yet mate?

Why does anyone one have to prove anything to you? You do the work for a change, maybe order something from them and get "screwed" so you can call them scammers. If you do please use the link in my sig! Nobody has yet which makes me sad.

Cos some people have money to invest. We arent all making $1 a day mining with a $150 machine using our parents power bill Wink

Theres another thread by a guy claiming that people on Bitcointalk were paid to write "nice things" about GAW. Pump their products and basically bribe people to help with their marketing.  2 days before the "big release" they move to their own forum.

Im calling on the owners of Bitcointalk (assuming they arent involved) to investigate PMs sent from GAW Miners account and "Cassies" account to see if there is anything suspicious going on (just for the sake of those who are a bit worried - and possibly over-reacting).

Im also calling on GAW to give us the opportunity to prove to us that War Machines do infact exist. How about posting a youtube video of your machines working. Even better how about showing us your 5 data centres please.

I know they are reading this, they seem to have invested a lot in protecting their name etc. They answer emails in the middle of the night.

Does seem suspicious the 2.5% hashing fee. How could that make for a viable business model? At current rates a terminator is going mine about $130 per day and pull 18 kwh a day. 2.5% of $130  = $3.25.  Assuming they get cheap power lets say 10 cents a kwh. They gonna spend $1.80. Doesnt make for a very sizeable profit for them? In 6 months its gonna be running at a loss. And they claim the small units they sold earlier in the month they were selling at a loss.. hmm.

Perhaps they are making $3000 for hardware of these big units. In which case its a viable business model possibly, selling cheap units to home users for break evens to build up their name before making a killing on big units. But how many have they sold. And do they exist?

I believe hardly any, if any WMs were sold on week 1. There would be people talking about them. So far only a guy called Vector is talking about owning a War Machine. Happy or not.. youd be talking about it.

Someone please PROVE that War Machines exist? Too much to ask?

P.S  Im not a troll. Just a paranoid libertarian who spent a lot on equipment and is a bit worried!

Your first two posts on BCT suggests no one got their week 1 orders..  I'll be my own judge.

You should be your own judge. Im not saying anything, just asking questions. Im looking for evidence that falcons or war machines were shipped or hosted for week 1. And if so, how many people got them. How many orders were placed? I have no doubt now that many of the small units were shipped/hosted.

OK
I stand corrected (kind of)

There is one reference to a Falcon being delivered (and photos to prove it)
There is one reference to a hosted War Machine (seems maybe legit)
I cant find any pictures of a real-life War Machine anywhere

Tht thread was moderated by Gaw. And the have since closed the thread and moved to their own moderated board where there are hardly any (accepted) messages.

Does anyone know how many Falcons and War Machines were delivered or hosted week 1?
Theres a lot of talk about furys but hardly anything about Falcon or War Machine. Could it be they sold (if any) just 2-3 units for week one and then sold out and only showing for week 2 and 3.  Please anyone who ordered (falcon, warmachine or terminator) for week 2.. check your GAW account to see if its been delayed by 2 days (hosted)

Heres what i got from going through the original threads from page 110

"The good news:

Speaks highly of GAW in another thread

Seriously. I just keep getting more than I ever expected.

And I'm sure I'm missing some. This level of customer service (especially in this particular business) is unprecedented, and I have to believe that this product launch is a loss-leader when everything is tallied. BUT... GAW has made a loyal customer here, and probably many more.

All 8 of my falcons our out for delivery, Cant wait they should be at the house around noon eastern time got to figure out how to leave early today.

(never said they actually arrived though)

Cassey  (she works for GAW. Or at least a person called Cassie is moderating the chat on Gaws new moderated forum) - which begs the question, why is it being shipped to her if she works there?

Activity: 154

My Fury was just delivered, about 2.5 hours after it hit town per the DHL site.

Man... Have you bothered reading a bit throughout the forum before posting?  It's all over the place!  Look for Wednesday and Thursday, there's people "getting their stuff" all over the place. If people didn't get their week 1 pre-order products for which they paid a premium this forum would be on FIRE, there would be a ton of threads all over BCT and Scam accusations would be booming of accusations.

What "stuff"
I havent seen a post where anyone states they have received War Machine or Falcon apart from one guy who said he received a falcon (but also stated he was one of the founding partners of GAW)

Where are all the happy, or upset "week 1" war machine and falcon customers exactly?

Gawminers blackwidow

(same person, 2 videos)

Gawminers falcon

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=gawminers+falcon
No videos

Gawminers War machine

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=gawminers+war+machine

Looks like GAW didnt even make videos to show their products.  They seem to be making a big effort on their "damage control" marketing right now. Perhaps they could clear things up and show some videos or photos of actual product mining away and remove the 3d rendered pictures from their website?

I would like to ask.. anyone waiting for a week 2 hosted black widow, falcon or war machine. Check by logging into your gaw account. Has the date changed to 4th June by any chance? Did they tell you about this delay by email?

Hi, Alarm bells are ringing

I have so far only seen one person here post that they have actually received any of the following units from Gaw and he/she stated they were one of gaws founders:

War Machine
Falcon
Black Widow
A2 Terminator

I see a lot of talk about Fury.. with some problems stated.

I havent seen anyone state they received the above items
I havent seen anyone state they have received hosting plans, working for these.

Week 2 starts on Monday 2nd June.

So what happened to week 1?  Nobody received anything or everyone totally happy. Ive only found one video about black widow posts (unboxing video) and nothing for the others.

Also the hosted Terminator.. the date has shifted from 2nd July to 4th July. I wants updated about it by email i just happened to notice when logging into my account.

Has anyone actually ever seen, touched, layed hands on a War Machine, Falcon, Black Widow or Terminator supplied by Gaw.

Their images of War Machine and Falcon arent real products look closely they are 3D renditions

Also if you look at GAWs site there are no reviews for any of their branded miners apart from Fury (5 reviews which look a bit fake)

Also i notice in all these posts on the forum there are lots of smileys and a similar writing style. Seems a bit fake also. Rumours of GAW bribing people to write positive thing about them.

Im Concerned - where are all the week one customers? Was their actually a week one at all?
