I'll just sum up my warning..
Razor is a complete clone of Neutrino coin. Neutrino devs have a brilliant idea but chosen to do 99% premine. The Neutrino devs have public faces and are very skilled in what they do - developing new tech.
While Razorcoin is headed by Razortech which I suspect is a twist of Blocktech which is a company by Bryce Weiner. Bryce is mostly a miner and have little knowledge in coin development - though he hires devs. He also have many other coins to develop (Dirac, OpenSource Coins, etc)
If Razor coin begins to have problems, no one in Weiner's camp can fix it.

he was given a cut of the DCM IPO... but he's been kicked off the DCM dev team... and wont return the btc, which should go back to the community/ipo investors through further DCM developments and promotions. he claims he is still promoting the coin. but his idea of 'promoting' dcm is by saying negative things about it. hardly what anyone would call 'promoting' the coin. i don't know why he's so bitter with 22btc in his pocket. i guess his greed wanted more.

I have planned many trips on which I will promote DCM and explain to people how its a dying coin but with their investment maybe things could turn around!
I will be traveling to Amsterdam, London, France, Italy and Israel in the coming months. I'd show you my tickets but I value my privacy a bit too much.
I would also like to add that I personally purchased the 22.2 btc from myself for cash in order to be able to pay for the flights hotel's and luxury car rental. Gotta look like a million bucks to raise a million bucks!

I brought in over 85 BTC from the 135 btc IPO through my investors and connections and all of them have seen profits. Only one is still holding coins, but they were free as he also realized profits from purchasing at the IPO and selling hours later!
I still promote DCM on a daily basis and I try to bring in new investors, but there is no volume on the exchanges so when they see this they decide not to invest.
Hate on me all you want, but I stole nothing and have made all my investors money!

Just wanted to stop by and apologize for my actions earlier. I had been working for over 36 hours straight on DCM with no sleep and seeing that other coin rip us off really got the best of me.

This is an apology? Sounds more like an excuse for your actions. I work around the clock as well as most people in this industry. If you wish to apologize, excuses are not necessary.

there's already a bunch of other X11 coins out... and in 5mo, there will literally be hundreds more. We don't want logi to get left behind. it needs innovation and innovation fast. if logi hops a long with no real plan for 5mo, miners will dump it like crazy to nothing. and may never re-gain interest again. to protect against miner dump, a multipool would be a great start. following in the foot steps of Darkcoin w/darksend would also help - but the coin would need to improve it somehow. rather than be a cookie cutter.
innovate and make a plan now or be replaced. that's what happens in the alt coin world.
i feared this would happen to LGC... miners have dumped down to nothing. still no POS plan. the next thing is X13. we're getting left behind.

real investors know not to invest in these kind of shady deals where the devs are holding 80% of the coins and want 250btc on first phase
+1. 80% of the profits go to the devs. i'm not supporting that. these guys aren't going to run away with the money, they're just taking an 80% cut. they have no obligation to give anything back to the 'investor'. i do think they'll make money. but for the most part the money they make will go into their own wallets. they say they will give dividends, but don't outline how they will do it - so contractually they don't have to pay out anything.
edit: sorry to be so negative, but its pretty obvious these guys just want to pad their own wallets - just like everyone else in alt coin world. not much different here - just more cleverly designed.

what percentage of the profits you make by trading the IPO money will go back to the community of ipo investors as dividends? what percent will be reinvested into QTM coins? what percent will the 4 masterminds keep for themselves? none of this is explained. what the heck is the plan here?
