If you don't start looking after your customers right away your business is over - but maybe you don't care now you've mugged everyone off for 1 year contracts as in a years time your going to be left with a pile of money and a few data centers full of miners. I expect you wouldn't of even managed to get a single customer to ROI.

It was a bad time to buy cloud based Scrypt miners - there weren't many options when I purchased. So now just need to see what I can get for it.

Well you'd have to just hand over the whole account and do the transfer via an escrow, you couldn't sell it per MH/s
