Project can be released anytime because there are people ready to invest at all times as long as the funds are available. Only the poor cries for funds the elite are always ready to make money at anytime.

Although you are right,but it seems nothing is working for altcoins any longer even they are improving on there activities to keep the project running. So good are not moving in price and they almost look like die project. I pray they move along.

People really think it will go below $3000 but when this impossible they are forced to buy at 16k now because BTC is moving back to $20k and above that. I think is not a wrong time to buy, one can still hold for a better profit.

You guys by this stage should be able to identify scam projects,Eterbase you guys called scam have lunched it exchange and it is smoothly ruing with about fifteen coins currently listed in just few days wake up men.

You should have checked the current price of Bitcoin first before making this post ,the price of Bitcoin is increasing daily,so I don't get what you actually meant that Bitcoin is  in a bear state.

Dumping is not bounty hunters fault in anyway, investors dump coins ones it is more than ICO price,and when the market is in a bear state. And when a project can't be managed properly by developers all blame goes to bounty hunters for dumping,the truth is you can't determine what individuals should do with their investment.

I can't imagine what to do with these shit and worthless coins in my wallet, I decided to just let be in my wallet maybe one day it will become useful no can really tell.

I believe this also a right time to buy Bitcoin and also other good project with a promise coin or token, definitely the market is becoming so pretty good for investors.

As long as humans are existing we all need money and energy consumption,Bitcoin mining is not the only source of  carbon,the bank,oil companies,private business etc,all of these generate carbon,so I don,t see bitcoin as a source of global warming. 

The banks,Government and various companies can use the blockchain to upgrade it services such as the services of KYC to reduce risk of fraud,Audit improvement,etc. 

The price of Eth should not be of our primary concern,mass adaption should be a paramount issue,Eth will definitely gain it value.

The market is gaining back from it recession bitcoin itself have again a lot,so I think the market is not close to recession any longer rather it is stable.

Before we fall or become victim of scammers we need to understand that cryptocurrency is risk investment that is more reason you need to invest what you can afford to lose.Scammers are intelligent thieves,sometimes you find it difficult to trace their actives. 

I have not seen any major dissimilar between IEO and ICO,buying token or coin in exchange will not end dumping from investors or exchange scamming,it is best to invest what you can afford to lose.

I think more adoption and new investors if bitcoin raise in value,and I can not see the market dropping it only growing in a steady state maybe you should check the market to confirm  Bitcoin growth of recent.
