Hi when i try mining ORB with the couminer i get: unrecognized block version: 3
gpu works fine

*cpuminer

There are many CPU miners. Which one do you use?

Orbitcoin produces blocks version 2 by default with block height in coin base or coin stake. Version 1 is no longer accepted. Neither Orbitcoin nor my cpuminer-neoscrypt are aware of version 3.

i was using your cpu miner

Looks like this Kucoin delisting is hurting the price but as what they have done to Solaris I think its the best thing for Solaris moving forward. It will be short term pain for long term gain as it was expected to have an effect on the price. True supporters of Solaris will hold for the long term as the team are heading in the right direction with the delisting on Kucoin and switching to the Strat code base. I'm excited to see what the future brings for this project.
I have a very small suggestion for Solaris and txbit teams. How about idea to add a new statistics on total volume traded on txbit.io each day? Such basic figure is important to give newcomers or potential traders a very good overview on txbit.io exchange. Of course, we all can fastly estimate total volume of the exchange last 24 hours by making draw sum of highest volumed coins. However, things will become more complicated and hardly to do when most of coins increased in volume. Therefore, in my opinion, it is good if the teams can add such figure on the site, asap.

you can find it on the mainpage

I am still running a staking node for this coin, but haven't seen any updates on it in a long time.  Do we still have a dev?  How about an exchange?

exchange ?

here
https://yobit.net/en/trade/EVO/BTC

yobit's evo wallet is in maintenance.. we can't really use it right now..

maybe they just need the nodes

maybe we can have a try at txbit. It´s a new exchange opened a few weeks ago.

https://support.txbit.io/support/solutions/articles/44000449227-listing-terms-and-guidelines

https://txbit.io/Listing listing is 1 BTC but maybe we can get listed for free or via the coin listing.

is there a plan to launch txbit.io in Q4 this year or is it going to be launched by 2019? I could not find much info on that.

They just launched a twitter handle for the exchange today along with the news that community voting to add 5 coins for free is starting in a few days.

https://medium.com/@txbit/txbit-io-community-coin-vote-round-1-ca1b23b35f87

It looks like the exchange will be going live, at least in some beta form, once the voting ends. Smiley
That is very good news. So, just to clarify, solaris will be like a BNB or a Kucoin Shares to txbit.io exchange?

Well, hopefully a developer will answer in detail, but I know that Solaris Masternode owners will be able to get a % of the trading fees from the exchange.  I think they plan to have a staking option at some point too but don't quote me on that part just yet.

As far as Kucoin Shares go they can't be mined (as far as I am aware) so Solaris is a bit different since it's still being mined (through POS) and has Masternode rewards from each block too.

Here's the article that gives the most information at this point.

https://medium.com/@solarisXLR/txbit-io-dev-update-03-solaris-rewards-benefits-and-a-look-inside-the-foundation-ac0c02004451

Out of the 50% Net Transaction Fees:
- 80% Split between all linked Masternodes
- 20% Split between all Stakers

no mining pool?
No pool needed, you can solo mine with your CPU

i would like to mine with more than 1 computer in the same wallet is this working with ZLN?

Right now we're in the CPU mining phase, meaning one wallet per computer/miner.

Once we release the GPU miner, it should be possible to accomplish that.

releasing the cpu miner would work too for now

i get 52kh with 8 threads and max 65kh with 16  Huh

Yes, the algorithm is pretty heavy on CPU.

What CPU are you using anyway?

Can you run windows and linux and compare?
I think linux version should give you more hashes because it's 64-bit

just for info im running a 8 core ryzen 7 1700x 10 threads getting about 50kh on average , on windows , but i am doing other stuff to and my gpu rig is connected but hey getting a block on average every 30 to 40 minutes

i got a ryzen 1800x on windows.
i can only compare an i7 on win+unix if you want
