You set up 2fa authentication? Maybe you were hacked?
I transferred all my coins to my wallet, as it became possible.
no i didn't but my password very strong its impossible to crack it just for 97 coins make no sense
You are fools, no matter how strong the password, hacked (brute) your mailbox and restored access to your account simply because somewhere you used a similar password and did not install 2fa. Do not be offended, but you are to blame for not taking care of your safety, the company is not to do with it.
Have to agree with you there. No reason to say it's pagarex fault when in this era hackers can hack anything... sometimes even 2fa..

totally agree, although i feel the pain for that guy who got hacked, it is definitely his own fault for not setting up 2 fa.
i also add if you guys plan or already have set up 2fa. please make sure you have a back up file and put it on a usb in case you lose your phone. or else you will lose access to your funds. i suggest write it down and take a picture of the bar code, transfer it to a usb and put in a safe.

meanwhile my pagarex lending interest reach 1000 dollars today, at this point complaining isnt going to do nothing, all we can do is believe and trust them that they are doing the best of their abilities. at least we know they haven't shut down their website and run away with the money. ( it would've already happen by now ) ill just wait patiently until their internal exchange is ready and then buy all the coins using the growing interest before the price goes up .
anyone have any tips regarding to lending ? is it worth to lend early when the price per token is low ? when will pagarex reveal any information regarding external exchange and what date is it set to be ?

i am a bit concerned reading through this forum regarding new laws as i am a new investor living in the united states and just barely got into the crypto world. as an american citizen, do i need to be concerned with investing in your company ? as i notice just now in your website mention about KYC coming soon which i am not too familiar with and how will this effect me. as i made an account with this company, there were no signs stating Americans are banned from participating in this company. can you enlighten us in more detail if its okay or not okay and if its not okay, what is the procedure to get a refund ?

did you set up 2 fa ? getting hacked is very common now n days. 2 fa is one of the mechanisms to prevent it.
