Can someone please tell me how to change the wallet.dat file location for the windows wallet?

I want to encrypt my wallet by encrypting an off line usb drive.

how do you clear the history of mybitcoinz on windows?

I deleted the wallet and installed it again but still pick up my wallet details without having to type in my private key so the question is...... were is the private key information stored?

sounds like a centralized issue. andriod and windows mybitcoinz wallets have a 504 error.
