Bank of Ghana confirms it's still looking to pilot digital currency.

The Bank of Ghana's first deputy governor says the institution remains committed to piloting a central bank digital currency.
The central bank established a Fintech and Innovation office to foster development in the local industry and has in recent years adapted its organizational structure to respond to major changes in the payment sector in Ghana.
As reported, The Bank of Ghana has authorized Ghana commercial bank to issue e-money.

Scammers are everywhere. 90% of newbie are easier to scam. Im a victim.
I think is very hard to stop them.
