One that has some impact, it does concern some thousands of dollars isn't it ?

My opinion is they only pay back the big fish, because they would sui them, now they have given their identity free.
If everybody would sui them, they would not even be broke, they just scamming people. It is the beginning of the end. They are smooting people and suddenly they will be gone.

I invested 20BTC, only received 18BTC. They told me they have suffered big loses on the paybacks of people.
They just lost the money that people invested because they are bad traders (unless you can tell me different) and they claim to have lost a lot on the refunds (bad for them). It's like building a house when you are a software developer, you won't profit from doing it yourself !!!

BS I call it, now they began scamming the people. The site is not online either, their just scared. And they should be, I'm not done with my 2BTC yet, and as a previous post showed, fraud department is doing something about it.

Actualy, this couldn't be possible unless they were poor traders and came to a point were they could no longer cover all the principals.

This is not a SCAM, I just withdrew 1,31 BTC after 8 days. I have an investment of 15 BTC. 2 days ago, another Cryptsy story arose. I withdrew 6323 NXT coins, after wards I bought 5000 NXT and the day after I was on a negative saldo, guess, yess indeed -1323.
This means they substracted the NXT withdraw of 6323 twice. I filed a ticket and they claim a ticket takes 1-3 days to solve.

My first issue with cryptsy was about 81 NXT points. This was solved in 2-3 hours. Now the issue concerns 6323 and I have to wait 2-3 days.

My impression about cryptsy is that they use the NXT themselfves to forge blocks and obtain the fees.

I wouldn't suggest Cryptsy at all !!!!!! Rip offs, that's the impression they give me.

It looks to me that exchange CRYPTSY is holding on their NXT shares for forging themself.

It takes up to more then 8 hours to pay what was withdrawn.

Other payments made to me were executed and confirmed in less then 0.5 hour.

Cryptsy claims that we need to have patience before the payments and transations a executed. They confirm the transaction and still wait for hours to do the actual payment.
