Re: can cryptocurrency succeed?
by
olivia jane567

Cryptocurrency has already succeeded and there is no point doubting if it will succeed or not. The market is down, that does not mean crypto has not succeeded.
Excellent, what again do we want to see before we believe that cryptocurrencies have not succeeded yet. The success is already here, The fact that we are experiencing up and downs don't mean it has not yet succeeded. Gradually, BTC is becoming more popular than before as ETH has given birth to a lot of alts who has introduced some wonderful projects.

How long on average it takes for the ICO projects to redistribute the tokens a person who has contributes to their Bounty campaigns?

Personally I got very late always (From 1-2 months), is it suppose to be like that?
Yh some of the team delay to that extent but not all of them. some of them send your tokens within 1-2 weeks later on. It mostly depends on how fast the tokens are being patronized. If the ICO ends early and is successful, distribution becomes easier for the team. I have encountered a campaign which it took them about 5 months before tokens were distributed.

If the team does this, why won't hunters dump these tokens? If you deceive hunters about the distribution of tokens, then they need not take you seriously.

Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet?

I want to create new wallet using MyEtherWallet(dot)com, is it recommended wallet and easy to use?
I have been using MEW for about a year now and I have not found any problem with it, so to me, it is very secure. However, I read a post here on this very platform and it was very sensible. The post said every individual should have public wallet were by you will use that for collecting and trading. Whiles, you store the tokens on others you don't make available to the general public.

This is the major problem hunters have now. How to detect a scam ICO and a real one have not been easy at all. But you try these things though. By: Trying to figure out the sense in the whitepaper of the team.
Check if the website is well designed.
Check on the team and see how active they are.
verify the team tokens on etherscan, some of the team are glad to prove this evidence.

Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell?

Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

Thank you for the information, I would like to know more about why coins are listed on Idex first. Please do well to elaborate more on that. Tokens on the market have started going well as I checked some minutes ago, It is better to keep on holding.

Yesterday I only saw ETH for $ 167. But ETH today increased 17% and increased to $ 203. What can this tell us about ETH?
I am very excited about the price increase of ETH
Yh sure, I have a feeling that, this is the start of it's run. The % at which it is increasing is very marvellous and now the whole market is really good. Lets all hope for the best to come.

Re: ETH go down, what will AIRDROP and BOUNTY?

Most airdrop and bounty programs are based on the ERC-20 platform. But you see that. Severe downgrade ETH will greatly affect airdrop and bounty. I need some advice now
I don't think this affect bounty, this is because managers count tokens in the value of dollars and reward you based on your efforts. Those that are affected are those already in the marketplace.

Wow, that is a very good news. PSG is very serious in the business of football, I like their Spirit. I am hoping to meet this campaign later on and I don't want them to give up on their goal or miss their campaign.

Three years later, what will be the mainstream cryptocurrency and market conditions?BTCBTCBTC
In threee years time, scam bounty will decline.
In three years time, there will be a lot of experts in trading and transactions will be made regularly every day.
In three years, the first top ten coins on the market won't remain the same.

Re: Worried about Crypto currency future

Sometimes I do worry because of speculations. Prominent people talk ill against cryptos, gurus becomes silent as if it is ending. The hype stops and the crypto world becomes too quite. This mostly happens when prices of tokens are in a deep dip. I mostly encourage myself on this forum by reading.

Re: Is there a fake coin?

I just saw this somewhere on the internet. Are there any fake coins existing? How do you avoid buying fake coins?
Yes, there are many fake coins out there. Mostly, they have no proper whitepapers, a good team and their website are not secured and well designed. It will be a good practice and will save you money and time if you can do a thorough research on a coin before you trust it with your money.

Guys, what is percentage of bounty projects which do not care about listings? Tell me, please, based on your own experience, of course. I mean that some part of them(projects tokens) are not tradable as the team does not care about listings.
I don't think any team won't care about listing. It will depend on the plan and roadmap. Maybe the listing on the roadmap is very late. Contact the team and know when they are planning to list.

Because even tho i got just $4 dollars he felt really good because i know if I could get any money out this, it means it can only get better and I could probably get thousands of dollars from it
The happiest moment in the life of an investor or hunter is to get a number of tokens in your wallet. As a hunter it makes me feel, this is real.

Getting a number of tokens are not all that difficult. But getting a valued token is the hardest thing. I strongly believe that the market will bounce back to its rightful position. If you have a very good token in your wallet, then keep on holding on. The market won't remain in this dip for ever.

Report Scam Campaigns. Lets Help ourselves.
by
olivia jane567
on 07/09/2018, 23:47:40 UTC
Scam campaigns are in existence in numbers these days. I think it will be a wise idea if we can report scam ICOs, even on this thread to help ourselves out. This will help us save money and time as we won't waste efforts on any silly ICOs. How will this be done? If you find any scam ICO with concrete evidence, then you report that ICO over here.

I have read about anti-scam projects that are coming into existence, but now that they are not here, I think it will be good to help ourselves. Some members here are very good at spotting scam, I have seen one hero-member who commented on various scam ICOs and they were true. I believe we can help ourselves. If scam ICOs go on for a very long time, potential investors will back away and bounty participants won't be any longer interested.

Re: The quality of the bounty has dropped very badly.
by
olivia jane567
on 07/09/2018, 23:32:49 UTC
I totally agree with you that the bounty/ICO now looks very bad because the initiators of ico are not planning to do a project, they are just for quick financing, but in turn, this approach leads to the quality of the project is no guarantee ,that investors will lose money. When most investors have experienced losses, fewer people will invest in ICO.

Which will be very bad and if that continues for a long time, might kill ICO if not proper action is not taken.
I am very grateful for anti-scam projects. Anti-scam projects will help eradicate all the false ICOs in the system. These will be the saviour of ICOs in the future.

Re: what problems exist in ICO
by

My personal problem with ICOs is the technical terms they use. Most times I find it difficult to understand the technical terms used by the team in a whitepaper or the official website. There should be a very non-technical aspect of the whitepaper.

Yh, I have heard about Libereum and I have seen the link has already been shared here. Libereum is such a great project which will focus widely on team players, managers, and an entire football club.
