"Management" companies are used for tax avoidance. You claim that this company is "managing" another company which makes profit. Management co charges the profit-making co. management fees, effectively transferring income from one entity to another. If the "management" company has past losses that can be carried forward, or some other mechanism for paying lower tax (say, it's in a low-tax jurisdiction) the end result is tax avoidance. I'm not familiar with US tax code but I'm sure this scheme isn't technically permissible, but you can probably go awhile without being caught/taken to court.

In the case of twitter specifically, I think it's more likely that he's been hacked. His name was changed to LVH and the only person he's following is Cardi B XD. I wonder if the hacker found anything interesting in his DMs.

Hello I am not really part of the bitcoin community but I thought watchers of this thread would be interested to know that Josh Garza is now running Nomad internet, but he is using the name Jaden Garza (@jadenandjessica on instagram and @nomadjaden on twitter). From what I have heard the company is pretty shady and customers lose service after paying high startup fees and are unable to cancel. In a weird twist, the avengers star Paul Bettany is now doing ads for them.

Again, sorry I am not part of this community but I came across this thread while trying to find information on Jaden/Josh Garza.
