Its difficult to find good ones at the moment, greed is taking over and caps are getting too high to find a decent return. There's still a few diamonds in the rough but you need to dig through a lot of crap to find them.

Problem with China was a lot of the ICOs turned out be absolute scams, most people wouldn't have heard of them outside China, these are the ICOs the Chinese are trying to stop not actual legitimate ones.

Depends on the ICO most are Ethereum based so you can just send directly from your wallet to the contract. Never send from an exchange though when participating or you could lose your money forever.

ICO's wont end, they might become regulated eventually but not for a while yet, at least outside the US and China

The issue was their token was a security plain and simple, if it was a utility token the sec would have left it alone.

Radix is the gamechanger, IOTA is a good project and better than a lot of whats out there but Radix is the next generation of cryptocurrency.

Both are good but OPT are burning most of their unsold tokens in less than two weeks including the foundations tokens so this could lead to an increase in value.

SALT is one for the long term, has an actual use case to allow you to get cash for your crypto without liquidating your collateral could be a gamechanger for the entire industry!

Its been in a downtrend recently but its starting to bounce back and has found support. It's a good buy now or try to get in at a dip for a long term hold.

Some are very successful, some do ok and most are outright scams. Unless you're willing to do your due diligence to tell which is with you're probably better waiting for more info and an exchange.

SALT, MTL and DNT are my three biggest hold. The first two are by far my favourite, will have real world use cases and long term potential well worth looking into.

Stay well away from Poloniex, takes months to get verified if ever, withdrawals go missing, no communication whatsoever, another Gox in the making.

It's not a threat both can co-exist together. Ethereum and Bitcoin have very different purposes, whether Ethereum might pass out bitcoin in marketcap is less certain but possible!

I think I've read strasis has the best returns overall, although in the future their might be ones that will give it a run for its money.
