From january 2018 the daily ATM withdraw limit will be $1000, but if i will have 3 cards (USD, EUR, GBP) will i be able to withdraw the equivalent of $1000 with each card? That whould be about $3000 daily for all 3 cards combined.

RAM: 8 Gb DDR3
I have Windows 7 (64 bit) installed on it.
Do you recommend that i install GunBot on this PC and let it run NON-STOP?
How many instances do you think this PC can run?
Or should i buy VPS?
I have a dynamic IP, is that a problem for Bittrex API?

on a VPN - millions ...
on VPS - depends on the size of the vps you choose ...
even the free tier vps 'instances' can run up to 20pairs without degradation - if setup properly ...

...hehehe - if you actually meant an entire Virtual Private Network - you would make an absolute killing ... trading every coin - on all the supported exchanges ...
we only ever use linux - and centos 7 x64 at that ... many others use ubuntu - and others still use other flavours of linux like suse or mint ... gunbot works VERY efficiently on a linux vps - and still reasonably well on a windows vps ... but windows is top heavy with ram and has many other over heads that linux just does not have - or need for that matter ...
so thats where we stand with using gunbot ( or any other software ) ... we have ONE windows machine in the entire company of 53 machines - 52 of which are linux based ...
on a vps - the one thing you need to have is continuous solid and reliable functionality when it comes to apps like gunbot operating 24 / 7 ... linux is the best choice for that ... which is why we run all ours on centos 7 x64 ...

I want to buy GunBot for Bittrex and i want to create 3 accounts on Amazon free VPS and run 20 pairs on each VPS.
I will install GunBot on each VPS and connect my Bittrex API key with GunBot on each VPS.
Will i be able to connect my one and only Bittrex API key to 3 instances of GunBot running on 3 VPS?
I will run 3 instances of GunBot with the same API key, but each VPS will have different IP.
Do you think this will work?
