I opened this topic to technically consult with you guys about the case that was opened for me involving Bitcoin cryptocurrency in the Iranian court.

 

In fact, after the bitcoins of my friend’s girlfriend were stolen, As a person who was in the field of buying and selling digital currencies online, After I had paid cash to somebody and in turn received 0.09 bitcoin to my wallet I found out through “blockchain.com” that the bitcoins (of my friend’s girlfriend) were stolen/withdrawn to the same wallet from which I had received 0.09 bitcoin. So we reported the issue to the Iranian cyber police and made a complaint, but after a long process, which took about a year, the Iranian police and the Iranian court sentenced me to return 2 bitcoins taken from the plaintiff's wallet, because of the trade/transaction of 0.09 bitcoin that I had done!

The documents provided by the court are, first of all, the 0.09 bitcoin transaction and then the testimony of the manager of the exchange site which is that I had informed the thief to deposit the 2 bitcoins in the exchange so that I could convert it to cash and then send the cash to the thief. (while it is a total lie and I did not send anything and I just reported the issue to the police).

 
 

Now my question is…

Technically, in the case of bitcoin or digital currency laws in your country, can I present evidences and reasons based on digital currency laws to the court and prove that I have not done anything and I am not the thief?

i want to create an open source bitcoin wallet with django framework that doesn't store any private key or phrase seed

also with onion + simple domain + generating segwit address

but for other abilities what should it have ?

i know there is a lot of bitcoin wallet sites and they are popular
is it waste of time ?
if it isn't what you want from a good wallet ?
tell me i will make that for you with open source on github

i tried freelancer sites most of them needs personal verification and their dont support countries like iran!
also btc freelancer sites doesnt have any special job to do !
can you show me one of them?

actually i am a poor person that lives in a bad country like iran , i dont have any future to get married or buy a house or a car because all of people like me in iran or others countries are in problem with their governements but in humanity we should help each other all over the world . also getting a job here doesnt make anything change

i live in iran and this money is for going to america near my uncle!
here in iran 700$ is real big money !!! if i work 2 month here as an engineer for example! i can get this money
but is it big money too in america to do scam like this?

actually he is my uncle ! that wants to send ! but he gives this money to his friend to send it!
and his friend insists on sending this 700$ to wallet that have only 1 transaction inside !
what should i do ?
do you think his friend want 700$ for him and he will send 30000$ for me?

one of my friends want to send me 30000$ bitcoin from america california with easybit bitcoin atm
but he  says you should send 700$ to atm bitcoin wallet to confirm transaction!
is there anything like this in usa ?
also he says i send money to atm and it is pending for your 700$ verification from your distance wallet
he says just in usa atm machins needs this verification
is he lier or not ?

i think the only advantage of this wallet is having exchange tab that can sweep your coins to eth, litecoin , eos , dogecoin and ...
and its good for who want to trade Anonymous for some countries that binance or lot of other exchange sites doesnt accept their ip.
