Which blockchain startups actually released a demo before they launched ICO?
Some financially successful ICO's even have not had a Github commit in months.
Definitely not many ICO's have the balls to launch with a front-end demo. Fake .sol smart contract code does not count. Storm, Blockstack, and Qchain are in a class of their own in this regard.

Just Qchain and Pundi-X accept NEM as payment for tokens in november
LoyalCoin has also emerged to launch a NEM-based ICO. NEM is rapidly growing. NEM price may be lower, but the ecosystem is developing steadily and the tech is always solid. The price of XEM will fluctuate, but I think there will be good growth in the future. It has no sense to do ICO in two blockchains. Really look like just PR. I think it's scam
I think that's a little bit unfair to call them that. They are based in the US, and it is really hard to exit scam for a US company, and I don't think those guys want to go to prison. Also, they already have an alpha demo at demo.qchain.co. How many other blockchain startups even have a demo?Anyway, I think it's smart to go for two blockchains. Hard to predict where the tech is going to go, or whether even NEM or ETH can survive, if, say, GoogleChain or AmazonChain comes along. Best to stay blockchain open and blockchain agnostic, and Qchain is focusing on building a product that can plug into multiple interfaces.
From these 3 icos my choice is qchain, 2 others I don't know at all, although I have some questinons regarding qchain but their product as I see will be demanded and also I like their experienced devs.
Completely agree with this, Qchain has a small, but such a solid, honest, and hardworking team. I have MTH , I think this is hidden gems
What is MTH?I do like that Qchain already has a demo. Very good sign. Many blockchain advertising projects now, yes, but those guys launched a few months ago and took longer to ICO because they were working to ensure legality in the US and also took time to actually build product. They are a small team. Really hard not to root for them, it's like Rocky vs the Apollo Creeds backed by millions of dollars from the outset. 
What do you guys think are the most underrated ICO's? Lots of ICO's out there are more democratic and have targeted regular crypto users more instead of whales at a cost to their ICO's.
I find the current ICO's of Cryptogene, ClimateCoin, and Qchain to all be very underrated right now in terms of hype and awareness. These startups all have very strong teams, and their projects fill niches that could potentially be quite productive in the future.

E4ROW had hoped that having code would allow it to get a higher ICO, but that was not the case. It's a lesson that as much as we like to hate on marketing spend and talk about focusing on product, marketing spend is incredibly important.

i choose ethereum for sure. because NEM is very overvalued coin. and i don't know more information about qchain so i don't trust to it.
I think ETH are more than the value of NEM well both are still good coin, but NEM for me are more secured and developed it's actually cheap right now because its blockchain really offer a good system. I don't know qchain also so i would pick the two big coins.

On the note of Qchain being a registered corporation in the US, interesting to see that the US, to this point, ended up being more permissive on ICOs than China or South Korea. All things considered, the SEC has been fairly kind and flexible.

Qchain also just released a pretty sexy update to their website at www.qchain.co/innovations that describes the technical features and organization of their blockchain advertising application. Nice figures.
A poor quality white paper that was made overnight. I suggest doing an investigation before putting any ETH into this project.
