the new masternode reward is now 19.20 ABS - is that correct?
when yes, from which block till which one is that activated?
from block 350400.reward :19.20ABS, block time:90 seconds.when yes, from which block till which one is that activated?
but,in the next upgrade, the reward will be 12 ABS, block time 2 minutes. Maybe this month.
Then maybe it's a good time to get some more ABS before this change applies...
What is the reason that the block time will also be changed? Why can't it be 90 seconds?

"Development would like to slow the blockchain from 90 Seconds to 120 Seconds. This primarily is to help stabilise the network further so that it can be better suited for the planned (PoV) application and the number of Masternodes that will be operating over a prolonged period. Increasing the block timing to 120 seconds will reduce the Transactions Per Second (TPS) that the network can handle. However, most of the main transactional work that will be processed on the Proof of View (PoV) network which is on a separate chain. This means that based on the payment methods from the PoV network, the planned reduction in speed is acceptable. "
It is hard to keep track with all these different proof of something... I don't know what Proof of View is. How does that work?

till 21st july you can start the masternodes with 1000 ABS.
after then you need to upgrade you all masternodes to 2500 coins
the collateral for Masternodes is going to change in 8 days (21.07.18) to 2.5Kafter then you need to upgrade you all masternodes to 2500 coins
After the 25th the minimum protocol spork will be enabled, this will mean that old Masternodes will no longer be recognised on the Masternode list. At this point all old Masternodes will no longer receive rewards and must be upgrade to 2500 ABS to continue to work.
1000 ABS masternode will be disabled on 25 July.
