This might seem like a stupid question, but has anyone attempted or even have (2) of those Block Erupter USB to UART Adapters running on a single rPI? are there any addressing issues, or is it even possible?
tia
Works ok for me. I couldn't get it to work with more than 2 using a hub, but it might have been a problem with the hub.
thanks guys! i already have one on the way, and with the setup I'm thinking of implementing I'll need (2) of those adapters to run on one rPI. I really appreciate the knowledge you guys have. It's always good to be able to bounce ideas around, and figure out better ways to have these miners run. 8-)

Haha, no I don't have crazyguy on my packages, guaranteed inspection if I did.
So I've got all Prismas ready to go, but once again, I've received no usb-uart adapters. It's a bit aggrevating, but luckily I have spare BE contollers and might have enough to get everyone up and running. Check your PMs for more details.
when you get those usb-uart adapters available, i'll gladly grab a few! 8-) also, is there a source for the rPI installer? or is it just a CG install and some modded scripts?
@CrazyGuy Have you seen movement of the remaining batches and if so do you have an estimate on delivery?
Yes, they are in the US now. I had to spend some time on the phone yesterday convincing US customs that I wasn't importing time bombs. I will post a more detailed update this evening.
I will ship overseas, but I can not estimate a price as I don't have package dimensions. The weight will be somewhere around 8kg.
CG do you know, or have an ETA of aforementioned hardware for the rPI? Also where can we get a downloadable img of the rPI software? i do appreciate the work you guys have been putting into these tubes...great miners!! *i apologize if this has been posted earlier...i just can't find that info if it has been put up.*

Re: Server Power Supply Interface Board - for standalone miners and GPU rigs
We were thinking about having spotswood make a limited edition case to the new blades that can only be purchased by Club Members. What do you guys think?
How many blades would you want it to hold? Perhaps we could have it made in colored metal, like black, to show that it's a special edition run. Thoughts?
In my personal opinion, i'd say there should be size options. For example, a (2) blade, (4) blade, and (6) blade or multiples of that. also there should be an option to make them stackable/mountable to each other. As a side note, black is always nice!
* I do have to say that the original idea for the enclosure i built for my blades had come from inspiration of spotswood's work *
I must say THANKS! i was not expecting to win when i had originally put in my submission for last week's contest, i truly do appreciate it, and hope to be purchasing quite a few more gridseeds in the future!
