Think you can use Thekey tokens for payment? but to my understanding, main purpose is identity verification, say when going to hospital, buying insurance,etc...

But if they had ICO at the end of 2017, all investors would have made a profit! But  they ran an ICO on a bear market.

its probably one of the most overlyhyped ICO project out there, now most people just dumped the coins

Yes, more and more new ICOs coming on NEO blockchain. When will be next bullrun a lot of new ICOs projects will run on NEO and price will increase a lot.

The maturation of many Neo projects such as Trinity Network, THekey,etc...will also help increase Neo value
