I've used ton's of different sources to discover airdrops (telegram, twitter, etc.). One of the sites I use is Airdrop-Review because they rate the airdrops. It makes it easy to weed out the shitty ones.

The review/listing site recently launched a referral program where you can sign up and get tokens for referring people to their site. Do you think this is legit?

I try to keep up with live airdrops by checking Airdrop-Review.com. However, I've been looking for new sites/channels to find a list of upcoming airdrops. What are the best practices to find airdrops that are upcoming?

Been learning a lot about airdrops as a beginner.  I've found http://airdrop-review.com/ to be the best airdrop listing and ranking sites. The layout is very easy. It also seems that all the airdrops that they post are really quick sign ups (ie. Google forms). I've used plenty of other sites and telegram channels, but I've liked Airdrop-Review the most.
