I think there is misunderstanding here, AFAIK there was no swap but airdrop for Zeitcoin users which already ended.
Zeitcoin is still running without issues.
I think zeitcoin needs to create a fork with new blockchain with excluded addresses that weren't participating in any transaction for a year or longer, but other addresses that moved within a year would be accessible on a new chain. That is only an idea for now.

What about the holders of Zeitcoin who was not staking for the last year? I have been a holder since the start of this project but stopped staking in 2019, but have never dumped a single Zeitcoin.

Greetings, it would be better to keep the sprouts as it is with 15 trillion sprouts. At this point in time there is nothing to be gained by making the supply lower, we might as well just keep it as is, that way it stays fair for early investors. Also, who knows what could happen to the price even with 15 trillion. I mean these are not dollars were talkin' here.
It seems a lot of people have not noticed, with the Hard Fork in 2018 it was not only the staking reward that was reduced, but a coin burn method was built in which slowly reduces the total supply of Sprouts at no cost to the hodlers of SPRTS.
You can have a look at the block explorer at https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sprts/#@inflation. For a better view click "Last 100k blocks". As you can then see SPRTS is not inflating, but deflating.

Yeah but what about those people who do not use mobile tracking devices (you might call them phones)but I don't?
Sorry, due to the specification of discord, there is no way to only authenticate phone numbers to prevent multiple accounts. Telegram is also right. Is there a solution for you?
So you are creating an exclusive air drop, only for those who own phones and insisting that people give their mobile numbers to a 3rd party who you do not have any authority with at all, thank goodness I don't have a mobile phone it seems like it's not something I would like to be part of, exclusivity does not seem like the best rout to take for something pertaining to be a currency, in fact it seems like a contradiction.
I understand what you are saying I agree. We do not get a phone number. It is specification of discord multi account countermeasure. It is the same as telegram. Telegrams also require multiple phone numbers so you can not have multiple accounts. If there are multiple countermeasure measures in addition to that, we will adopt it. In the past, there were several people who had more than 100 accounts alone, so it was a problem as we received a lot of airdrop. Fortunately we have bitcointalk which does not require phone number authentication.

I don't believe it, I am not saying I don't believe you, it is them I do not believe (discord and telegram) they at the very least are lazily implementing lazy methods and putting users at risk as well as harvesting confirmed verified identities, opening an attack vector to your identity. The terms of service will say that they protect your identity as a priority but if anything goes wrong it will be your fault because you made the decision to give out your details, and they will be 100% correct because you did give out your details so they lose nothing you do. Even if these owners are completely trustworthy it does not mean their employees are and as people often say, if anything can go wrong, it will go wrong. I have no real knowledge of these services because I do not use mobile tracking devices so cannot gain entry but I would like to know what their monetization model is because if it is advertising they are most definitely not giving out the whole facts about why they are really harvesting confirmed identities.

The airdrop on the Discord channel is a method to promote Sprouts and to get new members for Sprouts. It is a system that work on a farming game and is rather a mix between an airdrop and a rainbot. Apart from Sprouts Team members doing airdrops through this system, other members can also participate to use the rain function to airdrop to the community that is online.
At the moment this is the first such system that has been developed so far for Sprouts and the team is currently working to have a similar system for Telegram also.
As soon as possible the Sprouts Team will also look at other means to promote Sprouts here on BTCTalk thread where everyone will also be able to participate should they currently choose not to engage on some of the other systems.
The Sprouts Team will work to include the whole community and try too keep everyone satisfied.

The first thing you need to do is to confirm you are on the same block height as the block explorer.

You will find the current block height directly under the title and also in the first left column.
If you are on a different block height it means you are on a side chain and have to reload the blockchain.
It is quite normal to stake for 10 days or longer. You will still get 10% for the first five days of staking, and 2% for each day after the initial five days.
As more users stake the difficulty increase, which means bigger blocks with heavier weight will stake faster.
Please, I posted several time if I am correct about the fact that SINCE THE END of 2017, I only got 4 ghost until the 10th of January
and then NO stacking rewards what so ever.....
I know that for some time, the wallet was NOT ABLE to get a single connection despite accurate conf file....
But this is totally unusual. I was getting rewards every 5 to 10 days until the 27th of December 2017.
The wallet is online 24/7, with a significant numbers of coins to stack regularly.

I don't believe there is a problem with the Sprouts network or blockchain.
The reason I say so is from my personal observation, I currently have 7 active connections to the network and my last stake was 2018/02/07.
I also do not see a lot of other posts with a current problem.
There must be something happening with your connection, I know you are an experienced user and that you are having a problem.
Have you restarted your wallet and tried "repairwallet"?
You can also join the Discord channel as mentioned in the above post, there was a discussion on how to set port 9901 to get more connections on the English chat.
Maybe that can help.

I restarted wallet v2.0.2.0 again starting January this year, but after a month running the wallet mostly 24/7, (power failures, and internet connection prevented me sometimes), I am only synced to Sep 2, 2015 as I write this.
At this rate it is probably only going to be synced in another 3 months time. I decide to download the blockchain from the beginning after reading some posts on the forum suggesting that this will be the best way to do it.
The reason I write this is to find out if some of the Mintcoin community would be interested to get Mintcoin on https://stakeunited.com.
Having a place there might help in more adoption of Mintcoin especially for new users. They can start staking some Mintcoins there, while waiting for their own wallet to sync. It is always safer to keep your coins in your own wallet as we know, but this might be a good option to look at.
Getting Mintcoin listed on https://stakeunited.com will take some community effort.

In the end, I think sprouts holders are grown-up enough to know what to do with their money. And it is THEIR money, they can dump/buy/sell/do whatever they want with it.

The Sprouts Team currently consist of individuals who volunteered to help revive Sprouts.
They are constantly busy with coding and finding solutions for the current bugs with the Sprouts coding and also improving upon that.
They are also busy with coding to sort out the high total supply and reward system.
As a team they only started at the end of October last year when it became clear what the Sprout+ people were up to.
Personally I staked twice this week and have no problem at the moment with my wallet. I stake 24/7 with block not less than 300 mil.
There was a time last week or so when I also struggled with connection, but I attributed that to my poor internet service with a bad signal.
Sprouts also had a influx of new users during the last two months which increases the difficulty to stake.
Can you supply more info regarding your staking?
Sprouts is a community project and if you feel there is a current lack of info etc. you are welcome to volunteer to better where you feel something is missing.

"If you swap your good sprouts coins" - your definition of 'good', is not what most people would associate with 'good'. There's one exchange currently that trades Sprouts and the total supply is over 2 Trillion.
The Sprouts+ forum has over 910 community members at the time of writing this post. It has gained more members since we announced Sprouts+ and the swap, than before we announced the swap.
So, your comments above imply that the 910 community members are all stupid and all have an IQ of 70 or below...
Noting the fact that anyone who was or is against the swap and Sprouts+, can close their Sprouts+ forum account at any time.
We have over 4,300 people globally, following Sprouts+ across ten different social media platforms.
We are late with the TestNet launch because we found bugs that needed fixing before letting others onto the TestNet. The entire purpose for the TestNet, is to test the POS code we've written into the Ethereum code-base that is Sprouts+. Sighting here that we'll likely be the first to launch an Ethereum-based currency with POS rather than POW.
The sense I get from talking with community members is that they're keen for Sprouts+ to launch but they understand we're also deploying POS onto Ethereum and are testing and debugging all the while.

If you follow nur1labs posts you will see that he regularly update about ongoing development . He is one of the developers working on the new code to reduce the current PoS reward system and also the high total supply.
He is also currently occupied with a personal event that keeps him busy, but coding resumes daily.
More updates will follow as to when the release will happen.
