Yes you're right, we should should not be deceived to se our ethereum and bitcoin at the current giveaway price. The price will definitely rise again. I fell a victim of panic sale last year and I had the regret. That will not happen this year.

People panicing is something linked with the nature. When you value anything so much, you're scared of losing it. So when the price starts falling, investors will be scared because if the price refuses to come up again, they will be at loss.

I just research the project development team, the  projects bounty manager, their partners, roadmaps, the extent of success in the projects as well as the contents of their whitepapers.

The ICO developers will surely believe in their projects except they are not competent about what the do or they do not get both the financial and material supports needed to make the project a success.

I trust the ICO ratings to a certain extent. The problem is just that the project teams pay them to do the rating. So, the rating may be in line with the payment made by the team project. But I still trust them because if the rate a scam project high, it comes back to harm their credibility.
