You asked me "when?" Only a fortuneteller can know the answer to this question, not a trader. A trader does not trade according to predictions, he/she trades according to probabilities. You wait, whatever possibility occurs, you take a position according to that situation. If the formation breaks the upside you buy, if the formation breaks the downside you sell that's how a trade works, nothing more. However, I can say that the probability of realization of this break in about 50 days is very high.
Trading is a professional business. Unlike most people, those who trade to make quick money or get rich quickly, often lose all or most of their money. As someone who has been trading for years, I can say that it requires a great deal of discipline and personal control.

Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.

I think there will be a reversal soon. I dont mean alts going to to X5-10 but there must be up movement maybe even just a "dead cat bounce". I am expecting X2-3 for the strong coins like XRP

What are you talking about. 11k is a short term (few days) target and 100k is a long term target (few years). There is no relation between them neither for timing nor for the price.
According to the last movement, BTC is in a descending triangle which is a bearish formation. And the probability of "down" is higher that the "up". the top of this formation is 11k USD and after the down break out the target is 5k.

2) According to regression models in 3 years, BTC is going to worth more than 100k (500k couls possible in 10 years of course)

XRP is my favorite one. The fundamentals are very strong at the moment. SBI, Moneygram, many new banks etc... maybe the only problem is the OTC and programmatic sell of the team. But at the last quarterly report, they say that they will decrease the amount.
Waiting a strong up movement soon.

The ether is now in an extremely low position. How good is the idea to buy it now?
Maybe it is still early to buy altcoins. BTC dominance is still increasing day by day. I am also waiting to buy more altcoins. I just need to see a sign that shows me alts will start to move soon. Probably alt season will start with the ETH move.
Ok neither of these are easy but as a long term strategy to do think its best to day trade and try and get 1-2% a day or invest in a couple of coins and try and get 20% over a month
As a day trader, I can easily say that to get 1-2% in a day is easier than 20-30% per month. Because to gain 1% in a day you need a strategy that you can use every day. You don't need any fundamentals and market conditions. just hit and run.
I am a BTC holder. Some People said BTC is going down to $1000!! Is it true? So what can i do sell all BTC or hold it anyone know? 
BTC is the only asset that you can HODL. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to sell your BTC. In 3 years the price will be more than 100k each according to regression prediction analysis.
