In general, most of the messages about limitations concerns were posted from small group of users that violated the terms with coordinated betting and got decreased limits, or encountered some location limits requirements. And also during the time of playing for most users BTC price increased for 55%+, and as we initially set limits in fiat value equivalent, limits for bet/withdrawal were also affected.
