We are making good progress with the development of biofuel technology.

We have the project fund allocated to develop 52 sites in Northern Ireland. To access this fund we have to deliver a system as proof of concept.  Now we have a strong partner on board, who turnover in the excess of £35m a year. They are working on setting up a dedicated manufacturing site in Northern Ireland.

This week we made a good progress..
Most of complaints regarding token allocation have been resolved..

We signed an NDA with London based Asset Management Company to raise the project funds to develop three organic fertiliser plants..

We have signed three way collaborative agreement for biofuel project. Now working out the structure on it.

We are awaiting result for the application made for government fund for UK/ Canada collaboration. we will know the result end of this month.. It’s a tough competition and if we are successful, it will give us a good boost.

We have applied for pre-qualification for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) which gives up to 50% tax relief for UK investors who invest in our business. Almost 80% of the capital is protected by the government.

We have a strong candidate willing to join us as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which will be crucial for further business development.

Now UK is committing to net zero carbon emission by 2050, the green tech industry is a growing industry. It is worth more than £1 trillion in UK alone, a huge potential to go after, we are concentrating on $1.2 trillion worldwide industry sector. After all we all have to eat for survival.

Some councillors are asking for our company when they consider attending exhibition too.. exciting times ahead

We have signed an NDA with London based Asset Fund Management company to give exclusive access to raise fund on our behalf..

We are now well on the way to putting a structure together for developing biofuel plant in order to access the allocated fund.

We are in discussion with a large fertiliser distributor and aiming to get an off-take contract agreed with them which will create another opportunity to fund UK fertiliser plant project development.

So far we have sent tokens only for the airdrop sign ups.. so we have allocated tokens for those who have registered on more than 3 of our airdrops and, who had participated on our first airdrop campaign. By 12th Jan we are expecting to send the remaining tokens for other airdrop sign ups.

Then we will move on to the referral bonuses tokens.. once all parts of the airdrop is done, we aim to move on to the bounty token allocations, which is likely to be towards end of next week.

Currently our airdrops and bounty participants records are on so many places, hence we would like all our bounty and airdrop participants to register on our website, where we can better manage token allocations. There will be more features and better support will come from it. So if you haven’t signed up yet, we highly recommend you for doing so.

Those who supports our project and invest, we will share our growth and hard work. We have secured funds from asset management company to develop project that exceeds our hard cap. Also we have Veolia, which is 26 billion euro company signed NDA with us to develop first dedicated dryer as service model. The first project is c.3 million pounds, to develop in UK. Then we are working on close an opportunity around £25 million for Municipal of Montréal, all the work have been done - just need to deliver one system then we are in prime position to secure it. By end of this year we are expecting to have closed near £15 million other design, build, own and operate projects in UK, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand and possibly Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam.

This anyone backing already a well established and ready to grow business are sure to benefit.

We are planning to list our tokens on exchange in first quarter of 2019. We have number of exchanges in mind.
