Firstly, I want to thank cloudbet for previously provided support, however currently I did not have response for a while now. I decided to reach cloudbet staff through this means.
I made a deposit couple of weeks ago, but after a while I tried withdraw my funds back. First BTC did not withdraw, since there is requirement that BTC has to be withdrawn to the same address, if not bets have been placed. Then I tried withdrawing to the same address and website shows confirm transaction, but no BTC have arrived to my wallet. I contact support staff and he told me that I will receive response soon, but I have not heard back from you for around a week.
Can you please provide any assistance on this matter?
