I sent a SEPA wire transfer on Dec 6, 2017 which is not credited yet on my account, my ticket reference is 1017840 and I already escalatated by filling out your form a few days ago.
Can you please sort this out please?
I understand you have overload but dealing with this kind of issue should be a top priority for you.
Facing problems to trade is something but having no funds credited after two weeks is scary.
