Okay, well here goes nothing, I guess you have to write a paragraph and have proper grammar to get a response. I've responded say 4 or 5 times now and the only response I got told me to, "read the comment 4 entries up to get your answer" but it still failed to answer my question at all. So here I am, on my computer from home no longer wasting work hours to try and resolve this issue.
I HAVE WASTED AT LEAST 4 WORK HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!
I sent 443.95$ Friday 04/05 @ 5:19pm EST to my MtGox Acct#M24372891X thru Zip Zap using their account # they gave to me which was, 677 337 065. Immediately I knew something was wrong because I have never looked at my acct and the $ wasn't there instantly. Here I am 5 days later and I have yet to see anything. Zip Zap tells me the $ is in bitinstant's hand, and you guys haven't responded to any of my voicemails or multiple emails. Now the BTC rate is double and so I'm out double the money? I've spent at least 10k using you guys to get my BTC's and due only to your lack of customer service I probably won't be back, whether my $$ is returned or not. Regardless this needs to be handled ASAP with the amount of BTC that I was looking to purchase on 04/05/2013 @ 5:20pm EST. If someone on your support teams sees my post and puts me on some kind of list or anything PLEASE let me know, I've got a weeks worth of pay just sitting in your bank account, the least you could do is just tell me what's going on with what is mine.
I understand this isn't a result of the people responding to my words, so I apologize to you, but you understand all of our situations.
