I bought a 4 package of Marlboro and I never get it.
I made the order on beginning of September (with express as our friend suggested), and 3 weeks later I discovered that the package is stopped by the police.
I ask for refund but he said: the maximum I can do is to give you a huge discount for the next order ahahah, are you fucking serious? So I will lost my money and probably my cigarettes.
Like this, if he want, he can makes money not even dispatching the real cigarettes, can you image?
But dont worry, he can give you a big discount for your next order!

Yes, that is all correct except it was stopped by customs and not the police. And yes, your package got confiscated like several other packages of our clients.
And we said to all the same thing that we told you - we can provide you with a huge disscount on your next order. We do not refund and that is clearly written in our FAQ section, so we didnt do everything wrong or fooled you in some way.
About you saying "not even dispatching the real cigarettes" that is not true, because we remember you got your first order and there were cigarettes insides, right?
That is why we removed countries where there is a chance of confiscation from our system so you cannot even make a purchase, untill we know everything is safe again.
And what are you saying about evidence or something - we are here always and we are always answering to everthing and everyone.
PS. we are still dealing with some issues with NL and UK, so customers from those countries cannot make a purchase. For now we are shipping only to US and AU.

I don't smoke anymore, but I don't remember having any issues with your packages in Israel... They all went through fine, it's also completely legal as far as I'm aware to import a single carton of smokes in Israel (A single carton per parcel.)... So why'd you stop shipping to Israel?
P.S. Cigsspot is legit. If you want cheap smokes, they are the way to go.
Well, package arrived.
5 days since shipping and the package arrived to Israel, a full carton of Camel Filters.
The smokes date to the 24/10/16, which is a little dated, and taste is somewhat effected. Hopefully this won't be the case on the next orders.
Anyway, great service, great customer support, but the date issue is kind of an annoyance.

Hi mate, The 10th is coming around and I'll probably make an order for 1x marlboro and 1x Camels. When checking out the prices (Seeing if there are any sales on those brands), and I don't know if it's a bug or not, but it seems that CC support is removed. It's back to Bitcoin only.

1) If you live in Europe - we provide the tracking ID, if you live in US or Canada then not, because they do not track our postal service
2) Our cigarettes are not FSC.
