We hereby announce that we made available, on August 23, 2018, an online rehabilitation claim filing system (the System) on MTGOXs website (https://claims.mtgox.com/assets/index.html#/) that enables users (Users) of MTGOX Co., Ltd (MTGOX) to, among others, make online filings of their rehabilitation claims in relation to MTGOXs rehabilitation proceedings (Tokyo District Court 2017 (sai) No. 35; the Civil Rehabilitation Proceedings). We also thought it would be a good idea to further detail the testing phases, so everyone can get a better idea of what is going on.

I'm gathering the people above to start legal actions against Red Pulse for denying RPX tokens to those that properly invested according to all stated rules for the Red Pulse ICO.
If you are willing to take legal action against Red Pulse as a group if they do not sent out the correct amount of RPX to those in the above block and timeframe which grants you legal ownership of the RPX tokens you invested for then please send me an PM on this forum.
DO NOT send me a PM if you are not within this block and timeframe, and only if you have evidence showing that you are within. Let me know in the PM you are interested in taking these steps and please provide ONLY your TxID, nothing else! I need to have the TxIDs so I can confirm your investement is in the above block and timeframe. People in block 1445026 DID receive RPX tokens while they were LATER then those who did it on the correct time in block 1445025!
If Red Pulse will not correct this matter theirself then we can take legal actions on behalf of all the investors in the above timeframe. Spread the word please. I am serious about this matter cause its a huge screw up and even so illegal to handle investments this way as they want to do now by giving all the earliest investors a simple NEO refund.

I can fully understand that due to the block chain change, there have been major delays. What I do not understand much is because they do not give more closed terms, it is not so difficult, someone has to be able to give a date with a certain margin. This would be very healthy for the currency.

Although I am not an official representative of Footballcoin, I can probably guess how they would answer your question. "The new blockchain is in the testing phase. The exchange will be available after the blockchain is ready, but we cannot disclose an exact time when it will be ready yet. But when it is released, it will make all your wildest dreams come true. Thank you for your patience." So basically, it will probably finished sometime between now and January.

You are a bit boring, we have already explained in the slack, those are the official instructions to withdraw from heat.

Is there a fixed changing rate xel - heat (f.e. 1 xel = 2 heat) or depends it on current market price (what would be much more fair)?
(if there would be any official statement from heat or Xel it would be nice for investors, I have to belive what you are writting, if ist scam, maybe thousands of dollars are away, thats the reason for asking twice)
It depends on the exchange rate, heat has nothing officially to do with XEL, you should no longer be in heat at this point. But you can keep asking until you lose your money, for not trusting a "legitimate" user of this forum.

The value of the XFC will probably not go up in the near future. From checking the block explorer for counterparty it seems like only 70M of the 150M coins offered were sold. Supposedly they will also offer another 150M coins for fiat (even if I can't find the roadmap on their website at the moment). The value was always in the initially undervalued assets in the game, not the coins. And they are both pretty much worthless unless the game grows...
No more counterparty from blockchain change, no more FUD from newbies.

It's not fake FUD. It is an issue I have raised before. We should be conscious of it rather than dismissing it.
Well, we could decide to rename that thing - maybe just XEL? Or we could write it with a "k" at the end? We could also try to find out if this would be necessary first. It's up to you @community.

Biggest regret I invest some of my btc before in this bullshit coin I should have make profits from other altcoins many months are passed still no exchange the developer of this coin really sucks they just make money and run away, shame on developers of xfccoin!
This is the problem when you make full coin speculation. You should know that you will not always win.

My advice is to relax safe in the knowledge that this is going to happen soon.
My second advice would also be to look into winning XFCCOIN in competitions if you have a very high concern about the coin.
