I have tried to pay at a gas station, paid there before at least 50 times, now the card was refused, but money are gone! Also, no transaction history whatsoever displayed, not even declined one.

Stay away, they are clearly having big, big troubles!

No answer within 30+hours is not good for any business, online or not, when it comes to users money being stuck.

Received an automated email for not enough funds on account to complete card loading(which is strnage, since they took the money). Contacted support few hrs ago, no updates.

I've seen this before and it didn't end up well for me.

Tried to withdraw, balance gone, money not on card!

It was sent from an exchanger.

Thing is that not only one address was wrongly generated, i got ~ 20-30 bad. After some time, logout login worked fine. Was able to talk to exchanger and to send the money to good account.

You've got problems with addy generation:
