It's good to do deep research on a project before you decide to invest or not, sometimes you might be wrong too. The fact that SERO price increased doesn't make it outstanding, I prefer looking at the products on ground thoroughly and the project development. Well, for sero, I rate it average since it has fair project development.
I think the SERO price increase is simple because it has a low IEO cap of only $ 250k, while the Gate floor has a huge amount of investors.

As per my experience , this is not fake bull run. this will be bull run , but do not expect 50000$ per BTC. BTC double ,means from 4000$ to 8000$ went in a short time , last 2 month it drastically moved up.

While I was scanning through the bounty board section to find a good ICO/IEO to participate and earn a few bucks, I noticed most of these projects are creating/building cryptocurrency exchange. That means it will be a trading platform. All of them promising to be the best exchange ever. All of them showing that none of the present exchange has features like them, what they will bring once successfully raise funds.

I know a lot of projects calling exchange construction capital died after calling for capital to succeed. Most of them have no way to attract users, and large exchange nowadays are invested from big funds and venture funds.

This is true initial coin offer was running own site. So everyone has unregulated path to funds increase. I only believe Binance exchange IEO offer, only this exchange has highest record to successful.
