About the ongoing private sale, it there any special procedure needed in order to join, like KYC and AML?

You can contact us in private on Telegram or me at @YFolla and we will be able to give you more information.

Is the bonus during private sale dependant on the amount you invest,or all get the same bonus?

The amount invested does not influence the price per token in the private sale.

Did Atlas get some new users on account of Access now?

I think they plan to take over Atlas agents and users, it's been mentioned in the roadmap I think that atlas will be integrated into the ACX

like you said, Atlas agent are users... better to read White paper

But they are users with benefits and can have a say in voting for new developments.

From what I understood, they are some kind of administrators.

Agents act as fiat to crypto exchanges, allowing African users to deposit fiat in exchange for ACX. They can also act as vote proxies, where users can delegate their voting power to local leaders/agents so they can steer the development of the network on their behalf.

When can we expect tokens to be delivered, to those who were part of the telegram airdrop?

The exact date will be disclosed soon, we are reviewing requirements with our legal team and continuing the private sale efforts.

Do you have a working product?

what is working product? Huh Huh

As answered multiple times, Access will leverage Atlas' infrastructure and user base of over 17 000 users and 300 agents to kickstart Access. The mobile banking app has been working since 2015. The governance module, which will be the first product on Mainnet will be live in the upcoming weeks along with the tokens.

How many agents and clients you expect to have till end of 2019? Do you have some estimate?

With the help of ACX, we estimate to grow the network to 2000 agents and 200,000 users by the end of 2018

Thats the number only for Senegal and Ghana, right?Or you will spread in 2019 to other countries?

First step will be to dominate Ghana and Senegal but yes we will look to expand in the coming years.

Will agents still operate on the field or over network digitally?

Agents are people on the ground, going in communities and helping them manage their fiat/crypto holdings

Tell me, please, such question, whether dividends will be added to holders of tokens of the given project?

ACX do not yield interest or dividends, they are pure utility tokens.

But how ACX will make money,as platform? Will there be some fees or something,as it costs money to run this kind of operation.

Atlas, the company behind ACX, will take fees on fiat to crypto conversions through agents, as well as fees on fiat deposits with their banking partner in Africa. The company may also charge fees on dapps it builds in-house such as a loan dapp but will not enforce fees on anything created by the community.

so it will mostly be charged to the ones who give the loans. but you wrote: "ut will not enforce fees on anything created by the community. "

what do you mean created by the community?

As you know, Access is a governance network that incentivizes developers and creators to produce tools and solutions that the community needs and votes on. For example, Atlas might create a loan dapp for Access but a competing Nigerian team could do the same thing and be paid to do so through the incentive pool. They would but in their right to not charge fees within their dapp and would directly compete with Atlas' solution. It's a free market!

How many agents and clients you expect to have till end of 2019? Do you have some estimate?

And also, whats the expected revenue for 2019?Im sure you have some numbers, some target?

I'm not able to disclose this as the revenues of Atlas don't affect Access Network or the value of ACX and ACX will not be rent-seeking at its core.

Is there any chance for ICO to happen if you dont sell all tokens during private sale?

A public sale won't depend on the success of the private sale but on the discussion between our legal team and the SEC. If regulations allow us to do one we could consider it but it's not in the plans right now.

Untill when private sale lasts?Same question goes for airdrop too,

We are targeting the end of April for both but delays might occur.

That means it might last longer, both airdrop and private sale, like few more weeksor something like that?Or you mean delay as in distribution of the airdrop?

Not delay of distribution just overall timeline

So what is the deal with agents in the end?
Are they foot soldiers or to they operate on the network virtually?

Agents act as fiat to crypto exchanges, allowing African users to deposit fiat in exchange for ACX. They can also act as vote proxies, where users can delegate their voting power to local leaders/agents so they can steer the development of the network on their behalf.

Is it going to work in opposite way, crypto to fiat exchange?I mean agents.

Yes of course Smiley

is there some bounty or airdrop?

Of course! We're giving away about 5% of all tokens through the Bounty and Airdrop for a total value of $2m! Check out the posts here:

Sir,

How is becoming I the agent of ACX?

What doing I must to enroll?

You can submit your info on this link and the team will be in contact with you shortly: https://[Suspicious link removed]/forms/cfV4Ick4uJwrHMw62

What are the main duties of an agent?

But why would the network need agents for that?

you right, they need network/army of foot solders/agents for covering

those agents are like spokespeople for a more general public. Makes sense.
But how do you make sure selected agents are trustworthy?

Now that is an interesting question. Are these agents somehow connected to the team?

Are they connected to the blockchain?

They will be with the implementation of Access Network.

1) we make them buy digital credit upfront to guarantee safety of end user deposits. ACX will become our new digital credit.
2) we source them with local community leaders who vouch for their reputation in the community
3) successful agents refer new agents as do our mega end users like market leader women

Additionally, we will be able to develop a reputation mechanism based on Ethereum so that trustworthiness is transparent!

I'm interested, if you can elaborate a bit more, about this concept of vote proxies. Voting where?

can you explain users can delegate their voting power to local leaders/agents so they can steer the development of the network on their behalf.. for what vote?

Access is a governance network that allows users to vote on tools and solutions they need developed so that teams of developers can build them for the ecosystem. It aims to help the unbanked obtain the basic financial tools they need to bypass the current infrastructure. Though, a lot of them only have dumb phones so they can delegate their votes (a function based on reputation and amount of tokens held) to agents from their community who can then vote on their behalf. Agents never obtain the tokens, they can juste wield their voting power but users can retract those rights at any time if agents don't vote like they would have wanted to.

Doesn't that open up possibilities for vote manipulation if one of the methods to be allowed to vote is how many tokens you have? Or did I get that wrong?

Radical Trust is a new voting mechanism derived from Quadratic voting. It takes a radical function to calculate a vote as the weight of each token declines as more tokens are committed by an individual. This way, pooled together, small token holders can have a greater impact than large individual holders. Additionally, to prevent large token holders from using multiple accounts to increase their overall weight, we add a reputation and identity score using different solutions such as Keybase, Civic, Uport and full KYC to increase the weight of one’s vote.

This model gives a greater voice to smaller token holders and brings balance to the ecosystem while 1 vote per token greatly advantages the rich. This would not be viable in a network looking to democratize financial inclusion.

Thank you for the explanation. It's a complex idea so detailed explanations like this bring more clarity.

That is a very smart idea. To actually lower the token value if submitted in higher quantity by someone. Will this by regulated by blockchain?

Yes it will be regulated by our governance module which is built on an Ethereum smart contract so that it can't be cheated
