You might want to refrain from buying the dip, since we have had 3 tries to break above 4350 and they all failed.
May I know what time frame you are talking about? It's yesterday that we have seen the market break through the $4350 level the last time. Other than that, if I read through your post, I too have the impression that this market will not keep its position at current levels for too long. I am quite sure that we'll see every USD exchange dip below the $4000 level before the end of next week. This market needs to unload a whole lot of sub $2000 buyers, and this will definitely take some time. Even if the market remains stagnant for a while it will probably work out well to do so - most people are here just for the action, and if the price doesn't seem to be moving much in a few week's time frame, these people will likely start dumping out of boredom.
2hr timeframe on bitfinex, from yesterday to today we had 3 touches that failed to break upwards of 4350.

Just wait until a good sell signal on the 2h or 4h and short the crap out of this thing, thank me later. Will probably be around 4450-4550.
Dear hodlers, I have some junk products to sell you, all you have to do is bring in more people to buy your stuff and you have to buy my junk at a premium. Doesn't this sound like an amazing opportunity to buy a Lambo? I will be the first one to buy a Lambo though, you just have to hodl
Ironic, you want to say bitcoin is a titan scam but people already knew it's not. We see lots of economy professors are investing in bitcoin. They also explain bitcoin on tv shows. Then saying it's a junk is only invalid.
I wouldnt want to say the protocol is junk, because it is really innovative stuff, the coin however is completely worthless.

Hasnt btcchina confirmed on their twitter that they recieved order to halt trading?
what kind of idiot is sitting now behind his pc pushing the buttons to sell BTC
Just as someone would have to be a retard to buy right now, the risk by far outweighs the profit potential

Wow, some bitcoin believers are really living in an alternate reality. Face the facts, sell your coin with a hefty profit, the time to buy back in will come around someday.
so are we?? I feel uneasy making any trades atm... what you guys think?
If you mean that we are out of the price correction after the Chinese declaring banning bitcoin, then I would say Yes, because the price has already recovered and trading in a average of $4600-$4700 already. However, if you are not comfortable in this times then do trading but just hodl on your coins. If you are new in trading, then you have a lot of lessons to learned in my opinion. Actually the price volatility what makes bitcoin attracting to most of the traders. So I advise if you are not comfortable because of the current price, then take a step back and just observe the price movement.
The correction has only just begun, the initial indicator that we are bound for a correction was the drop from 5000$. We had our little bounce back up, but this is the best time to go short on btc as I see no reason why anyone would be inclined to take a long position.

I think the drop had nothing to do with the China ICO ban rumor and everything with the 5000$ barrier.

With such a low value portfolio I would go all in on a low market cap coin e.g. SHIFT.
I also have one btc stowed away. In the format of a ticket for the btc1k party. It's in a corner, almost forgotten, has been accumulating dust for a while. I wouldn't mind using it before Xmas this year.
There is a good chance that the price will be 5k on the day of the btc1k party.
So the ticket to the $1k party was $1k (as you will only get to use it if Bitcoin reaches $1k again). That's quite pricey for a party ...
You can pay $650 to buy 1 bitcoin and use the bitcoin to buy a ticket now
But it will only count if Bitcoin reaches $1k one day so effectively it will have cost you $1k. There's no way around this.
No. Just consider it as a lottery ticket. If bitcoin will never reach 1k, you lose the money you spent on that bitcoin (say $650). If bitcoin reaches 1k someday, you still lose $650, but you get a party ticket of >$1k
I think I will wait for BTC to hit 5k and go to the afterparty for 0.2 btc

Now we need an easy way for people to buy bitcoins.
There is no need to target everyone who doesnt think btc will hit 100k in the next week. Ever super bears do not bother me if they actually mean what they say, and not just posting crap for attention (aka some people we all know, no need to name them)
Agree but thing is with TERA, while she is indeed a good trader you cant help but think bullshit every time a movement happens and she claims to be on the right side of it despite being super the other way 5 mins before. Funny you mention the other one, he actually predicted $650 1st of July, scarily accurate.
How do you know he is a good trader? Everyone can say they are good at trading and make 1000% profit each day on the internet. He is a good chartist and has a very analytical way of thinking is all I can say from his posts, which doesn't automatically make him right or a good trader.
Why is there so much confusion about TERA's gender?
I guess most people are actually in limbo atm. People who already own bitcoin are like "Got in at the right moment CCMF I am not selling", people who missed the first station are like "Price has risen a lot already, I am not buying now and waiting for a correction (which wont come)".
