Hi everyone, late to the game but I'm very interested in bitcoin and the technologies/protocols behind it and so glad I've found this forum.

A completely newbie like myself had just went through a scam on ebay.

It was for a pre-order mining equipment which ship out next year, and it was for bid. The seller state that he was some reseller and I've fall for it. After I've won and paid for the auction, I've requesting documents of purchased from him, he seems to avoid my request and keep on giving reasons for delays. Now I'm letting PayPal handle the case, because now I clearly know I've been scammed!!!

Seems like people will do whatever trying to take your hard earn money/btc.

I've found this new site and after what I've just went through with the ebay scam, I suggest everyone to think twice before making an order from them.
