Do not mining this pool. cheat payment. I have high number of hashes and found many blocks but the number of coin I get less.

I guess block confirmation takes several hours
Yes it takes 3.5 hours for coins to arrive to pool after a block is found. Then we send it to miners.
Sorry our pool does not show immature balance because the software we use does not support it.

The found blocks are still in confirmation process.
As soon as the confirmation completed, it will be paid out.
I am not sure how many confirmations are required because it is not written on the page.
