I have a number of Crypto Capital USD withdrawals pending, the oldest from January 4th, and there is no movement on them. Is this normal for this type of transaction, please? Any way to get some predictability? I can provide my account number and the ticket I created for this.

The message on all withdrawals is "We are preparing your withdrawal for sending. If this status lasts more than 1 bank day, please check your email for updates."

I have no email updates.

It looks like I may be going through something similar. The CEX.IO fiat withdrawal to Crypto Capital went fine and I proceeded with trying to further withdraw to my bank account. The Crypto Capital web page form for providing the bank details required IBAN and has room only for one SWIFT code. IBAN is not used by Canadian banks and there is no value I can provide, so the form rejects everything I try. Then, for the USD transfer, an intermediary bank SWIFT is needed and there is no room on the form for it.

So far, I have attempted many phone calls and sent all the details to Support. Nobody picks up the phone and the mailbox is full, no Support reaction. I have also tried to get CEX.IO to do something about it, since I assume they vouch for Crypto Capital and had done their due diligence before recommending them to their customers for funding operations.

Has any of you experienced the same and how can this be solved, please?

How can ETH transactions with more than 100 confirmations on the blockchain show as pending and with 1 confirmation on QuadrigaCX!? It happened before and nobody says anything, no post anywhere to let people know there is a problem and that it is being worked on, etc. Really puzzling...

Hi guys! Really liked this project and invested, then sent my tokens to Cryptopia, long time ago. I have not been in touch or keeping myself updated, other than occasionally. I wanted to consolidate my tokens and gather everything to my wallet, so I tried withdrawing from Cryptopia. Any idea why I am not able to do that, please? Anyone else experiencing the same? I have sent an email to their Support and no answer yet. Thanks much!
