Same here. Wrote support more than a week past. They wont reply and I cannot do it myself.

I had the same problem until I executed the "Script Hash" which was given 1 hour before the crowdsale.
This you can do through Smart Contract and Watch. I believe I it's a contract address as with custom
tokens at the Ether wallet.

Someone transfered XRP's to my new NEO-GUI-RPX wallet about 8 hrs ago.

I had newly setup the new compatible wallet according instructions.

The tokens still do not appear or have not arrived as yet.

Do I have to do anything for them to showup in my wallet?
